Tuckers argument is interesting in that his view is someone who engages in criminal conduct is no longer subject to criminal law if they simply declare themselves to be running for office.

Otherwise such enforcement of the law is “rigging” an election.

I suspect that there are hundreds if not thousands of people who would agree and are prepared to declare their candidacy. For under Tucker’s system one is free to engage in criminal conduct as long as they are running for office.

If Bernie would have only known that a Bernie Madoff for Senate declaration could have exempted him for criminal culpability.

I think the bow tie has cut off his blood flow.

The rally Ron Paul held at SDSU was lit. Back in the day when college kids had sense.

"President Paul! President Paul!" It was awesome. If only.

Although I love the pretzel twist to Tucker's pitch here, since when did hackers such as Assange become journalists?

His indictment is for helping Manning illegally hack into government computers? Journalists don't hack into computers. That is a felony.

Assange didn't hack anything. But that shows the breadth of your knowledge on the subject. 🤡🤡

'helping manning hack' i suppose google should be indicted as well 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Not what the indictment says. 🤷🤷🤷

The indictment includes one count of conspiracy to hack a computer to disclose classified information that “could be used to injure” the U.S.

According to the indictment, Assange “conspired” with Manning by helping her crack a Defense Department computer password in March 2010 that provided access to a U.S. government network that stored classified information and communications.

Specifically, “On or about March 8, 2010, Assange agreed to assist Manning in cracking a password stored on United States Department of Defense Computers connected to the Secret Internet Protocol Network, a United States government network used for classified documents and communications.”

The indictment that came down 10 years after Manning's? Lol yeah.... It's all reliant on purely circumstantial evidence from an anonymous chat log.

The Ham sandwich. 🤡🤡

Then he should waive extradition and have his day in court. After all, it’s a slam dunk defense. 🤣🤣
