What props did the DW end up with?

We ran 32 hill props today...ran great.
We hit Escalante, San Juan, Davis gulch, Dangling rope , wahweap, and Navajo Canyon. Then, the sky opened up into a spectacular lighting and rain show. It was a site to behold...
Total miles today was 175 ....what a trip!!

We got a decent start this morning...
Sailed up to Reflection canyon...just north of Rainbow bridge....very private, very beautiful...
Then we blasted to Last Chance Bay. Went for a nice swim and burned some nice cigars while we made lunch.
Back to page...then to Havasu. 115 degrees in Havi.

Funny you should say that...
We call him “Fake Bully” ....He passed Paul and Sam in their DW’s when they least expected it, while driving Bully’s Nordic. Hence the name fake bully!!

That never happened. I was sober & don't remember. No chance I would do that.

The fake Bully hot on the inside with his collared long sleeve and get out of my way smirk....i bet the captain and co-captain pulled that move out of the Delta playbook.

Yep 23 Cougar MTR that was in the classifieds. Great guys down there in Yuma, easy to deal with and they have some boats! Jim who I bought it from has another 23 MTR and an assortment of other boats. Tony (blue wonder) had it listed for Jim. Tony has a 22 DCB with a pair 0f 280's that he just bought from Jim.

From digging back in the archives it looks like this boat has some history. Dave Bush (Unconfirmed but it has a couple of BIG dual EGT's so likely) then Dennis in Seattle Washington https://www.powerboatlistings.com/view/29303 then Steve in Illinois https://www.screamandfly.com/showthread.php?320324-Cougar-mtr-23-twin-outboard&highlight=cougar then Jim in Yuma bought it. I'm ready to give it a face lift and add another chapter in it's life!

YUP,i was at Mr Bush's shop the day it arrived brand new totally unrigged/less power...Funny story as Bush had a deal with Cougar that if boat didnt run over century mark (remember this was 1996/97)that they would buy it back..LOL.he had his crew mount the racing 2.5s 260HP and rest was history.even set the benchmark for this class of boat at 114mph and i know it had nitrous oxide at one time:)

I saw that boat when the guy in Seattle had it years ago at the now defunct Scream and Fly event in eastern Wa. Cool boats that haul the mail.

You really need to get out more Bully. o_O

Next weekend he will be up here running the team Nordic 35' 400R in the Big Cat poker run which is roughly 120 miles on Saturday. Friday, if wind & fog allow, will be Discovery Bay to Golden Gate then a tour around the middle part of the Delta. Should be 200+ miles. I've got Mr & Mrs KingofBeers with my wife & me for the poker run. Hell ya
