A little history for you back in 78 I bought a brand new hydrostream vulture with a 235 Broke the bottom out of that boat so they gave me a 1980 new for $800. Then in 1984 I upgraded to the 2.6 XP brand new.

Then I bought it 86 XR 2002 Allison and I drag raced I acquired 235 highly modified by me, from a buddy ,I traded him a 70 nova

As we were starting to boat at bigger lakes I decided I need a bigger boat I saw an ad in a magazine for eliminator 23 Daytona and thought that's the boat I want. So finally in 1989 I bought brand new 23 daytona on a trailer rigged for 0MC and get this Eliminator was $30,000,sold the 2 boats put the motors on had to detune the one and modify the other so they would match. And that is it 34 years later still looks brand new. Still have the wife too!!!

Oh I wanted to mention i missed the Allison so bad there's nothing like driving an Allison so about 4 years ago went out and bought an XB 2002 love it. Super fun boat

You live at Lake the ozarks? If so what are the winters like does the lake freeze solid and they get out on it with snowmobile and ice fishing, what's the story in the winter. We were looking at some houses there.

It mostly froze over in Feb 2021 but never enough to walk on etc. Some idiots tried riding a sxs & fell thru. We absolutely LOVE it here. Grew up on Allegheny River outside Pittsburgh

We launched at Wimpy’s, tried to get thru the lock, but it was closed. We went around Rio Vista way and went to lunch in Walnut Grove. Then we ripped Steamboat Slough back to Rio Vista and then home. Water was smooth and we were laying it down. View attachment 1277016

Then our last day Friday the big day. His and her stripers, first one hit and 1 minute into the fight the 2nd one hits, you talk about mayhem, the wife had to fight the 2nd one so a grand double.

All the fishing is done from the swim platform between the motors. When we keep a fish we put it in a trash bag and then put it in the boat. We never keep smallmouth bass but the stripers , they go home with us. Those 2 barely fit in a trash bag
