This is Randy's last 450R build. It's beautiful! We bought the first one Randy built with the 450R from him in July. We are having a lot of fun with it! Here's a couple pics. View attachment 1281741 View attachment 1281751
Please tell us of the handling ??
Stability?
Speeds?
What is overall assessment of this mean combo?
Best thing about it?
Worst thing?
I am actually looking in to this potent combo as an updated option to what I have now…thanks!
A friend owns a 450R KMG hull and he says it has a nasty porpoise from 50-70 mph…Liberator same or different?

Next Friday , Kevin and I are getting a special ride in the twin 1350 Talon ‘37 of World Champion offshore racer, Rick Bowling. Fleet week in San Francisco Bay. This is going to be good. View attachment 1284061 View attachment 1284062
You will LOVE it. Rick is an incredible driver, hope you get outside Golden Gate also. He took wife, me & Alex out there a few years ago. Be sure to be at least 45 min early for the meeting time to help him launch etc, he's always early.
Fyi: 1st pic is Gone Again Skater, 2nd pic is Ricks 377 Talon

Just remember that when Johnnie drops it off like that it may not leave for while. o_O I know a guy from WI that found out the hard way.;) BTW just busting on him.
You really don’t have to worry unless I start derigging and looking for ways to flip it onto the cart. If I do that, feel free to shoot me!🙄😁

Anyway, he doesn’t have to worry as the StressEliminator has made the trek to Phoenix.

I really like the Tuff 20.

But Tuff are now booking 4 years out and want a $5000CAN refundable deposit to hold a spot in line.

Not all bad: I'm liking my Waverunner, can't get a slip at my marina for a couple years anyway, and it gives Merc time to bring out a 200R, but still.

Will probably go ahead and hold the spot, but thought I'd ask: any thoughts?

Made another trip to Raystown Lake. We had some of the most beautiful weather in the 80s every day fog every morning. Fishing kind of suck cause it was so warm water temperature around 71 so caught a few bass and a real nice Lake trout.

I have a Tuff 21 that will be available early next year.

That'd be the smart move, but I've always liked buying new and getting exactly what I want.

I really like the idea of the 20's efficiency with the 225 too.

Lots of 300R boats I'd otherwise consider (Nordic 21, Chaudron 22, LCB 20, etc.).

What will you be replacing your 21 with?

Great to see our Hooky day friends ….we had a phenomenal turnout of beautiful boats.
My first ride in a capsule boat. Very different, but the air conditioning was really unexpected and nice. Mid 80’s in SF Bay today. Water was Stoopid fast….laid down all day. Able to roll 140 easily. F9ACC35C-1D7A-4190-9AC0-CE91409467A4.jpeg

I love the thinking.

If you save 100 bucks by bringing your own food, you cover the rebuild costs of running two 1350s for 12 minutes.
We saved no money! By the time I bought fresh rolls, 2 pounds of deli meat, clausen pickles, 4 types of salads, and a cookie desert, I spent $110.00…..but, it was better, or at least as good , as any deli joint. Thanks Joe Biden!

Pretty tough to beat the beat the runs put on by PBC at LOTO. We had an incredible day and logged a bunch of miles running with friends..

Joe
Sorry we didn't get to hangout more. Brian isn't into going fast anymore. Thank you very much for the offer to ride with you in your badass 36 DW

Remember dropping off a couple of deliveries to Raquel, during my first job in America. I worked for Tri-Star Pictures in Century City, LA and she and her husband had a condo 10 minutes away. She was only 45 then and I was 23. She, Ann-Margret, and Demi Moore were my fave Hollywood encounters that year.
