That’s Grich’s ol buddy Win Phillips.
He has the ranch in Wyoming we used to go to.
He drove the Jumpin Jack Flash Lavey that Grich did the motors for.
They were all together for the Bill and Lance Faulkner missing man Lavey flyby at Burley years back.
