I've always wondered if I could get away with idling a k boat through the channel. Looks like it might be possible.

Just dont attempt it if you see any houseboats trying to do a 3point turn in there.

He still gets out occasionally but memory is fading. Have to talk to him for a few minutes before he remembers who I am.
I was thinking of Bubby when I heard about Andy Casale passing. So sorry to hear about Bubby’s health. One of the sad things of getting older is watching these legends pass along with the knowledge they had. I feel very fortunate to be able to know and race against these legends in motor sports.

The photo of this boat racing a yellow sanger hydro is iconic. Y'all know the one. Beautiful boat!

Got the Small Block Enduro boat sorted out Saturday at Marina Manor.
At 70mph it's running 5000 rpm, which was right at my target for the race.
38 gallons of fuel on board.
Oh, and the owners want me to drive the first leg, not my favorite in a Flatbottom 😂

Sharp Shooter, the black one runs 74.6 MPH. The orange one still needs prop but runs mid 60's.

They are the funnest boats I have ever driven!
With 15 hp ?? Wow !!! When we had our ocean boat, I had several and used them for fishing, playing, diving, even at Havasu and Mead.
More fun with those damned things than probably any boat I've owned. But damn, if they're going that fast with those 15's on them, that's nuts.
My last one before we sold the big boat was a Zodiac RIB with a 25 Mariner. I beach started on a single behind it, but it weren't no Thunder Boat.
