Inner gate is at the lower stair landing....Its the only way to access the backyard from the pool deck area, unless you jump off the wall...also my wife has a fleet of pomeranians, the walls and that gate keep them off the pool deck....When they acces the pool deck, they have a tendancy to want to jump in....
