Kinda like one of the " bugatis" taking on my "Hyundai". This debate has gone on for years yet no one wanted to take it on. Now that the Hyundai is getting a little tuning there's maybe A handful of the Bugatti's that can even keep up with it and that's with the double the horsepower of my little 509. ;)

I will keep the lifeline under the deck for when I go see horse hunting though ;)

It's Sea Horse...

Jan 1st sounds like a Hangover to me. Let me get a hold of Mr. Steele again from the last time we were gonna do this, and I'll get back to ya on a date. On general principal though if we put it together it isn't gonna be at that swamp.

River or Bust, and I say mid week middle of summer. It'll give you plenty of time to put some rogane on your balls.. Ya might just grow a hair. :D

PS By "mine" you are qualifying your boat as a "K Boat" which I'd give it damn near even odds on a short course I could beat ya with my small block so lets not get carried away. Any kinda forced induction cruiser we both know I got your balls in a vice before we begin. Your best bet is flat vs flat... but it certainly isn't overall lap "speed" or "time."

RD

I have to retract my earlier statement...

THIS HERE is the best post in this thread!!!!!!!

When's the last time you drove a kboat?

I'm sure Jerry is better at driving his boat then most think.

You better clear that with your chick before you go making promises. I think she stashes the c-notes in the zipper portion of the purse, just to the right of your balls. :D

They sound like really nice boats, as long as your Al Stoker. Sounds like any of us mortals wouldn't wouldn't be able to compensate for the ill handling issues and drive one properly. Makes me really wish I owned one. [emoji106]

I have owned 2 Stokers and currently race one... I have beaten Al Stoker in several races, he broke:D

These boats are extremely forgiving at reasonable speeds...less than 80. They do not have ANY ill handling issues. Driver error has the most danger, mechanical failure next.
From there you are asking for trouble if you do not have a lot of experience, skill and luck. Driving a lightweight tunnel outboard over 100mph is more flying than boating. They still are the most forgiving boat on the market, and handle resonably rough water superbly. I never let off the gas in the roughest parts of the Enduro, the gas pedal is WFO for 336 miles including the turns and sweepers.

These boats are as close to pegging the fun meter as you can get, truly an absolute blast.

I think you are racist, are you bashing the Fugly Tortuga Express? Division 5/E runner up? The proud colors of Cal State San Luis Obispo Mustangs?

Shame on you Paul!!

Dick jokes are weak sauce Tyro... They are what comedians do when they are choking on stage.

He's saying that because he's clearly racist.

What is a k boat [emoji4]

A boat that fits within the rules of the K class. Some will argue that the boat has to be registered with the apba and others say said boat isn't a real K until after it enters a K class race. Look up k boat racing on YouTube if you want to see a race.

Yea no shit. He's one stressful event away from death and he wants to talk about life jackets fitting people. He might be the worlds most unhealthiest person. But hey, he fits a life vest:D

So the handle between your legs is to set the trim plates from what I gather. How does the second peddle (left foot) work then? Is it minor adjustments on the trim... like a inch either way from where you have the handle set?

Handle sets the plates. Pedal pushes them down and a spring returns them to the set position. It can also work in the opposite on some boats although I've never had any experience with them working that way. Pushing up with the pedal.
