There are over 20,000 spots sold at this point. I think it is 4000-4500 direct to consumers and the other 15,500-16,000 is dealer orders.

Part of the reason I’m very comfortable with having spot 113&326 with no master number BS….

My two seater is a ways out he we (Prestin and myself) aren’t in any hurry for it being it’s just going to be a race car anyways.

I would hope so. Most vendors give their best customers first crack….beta test, buy them lunch, and get good feedback….tweak, repeat.

Someone was telling me to go with the pro r regular one and have the shocks redone and it’s better?

Yes the Ultimate is the Live Valve version. They are the hard ones to find in stock for a decent price without a bunch of markup. You can find a "premium" in stock with the Walker shocks without a markup im sure. If you are only doing one type of riding then the Walkers would be ok cause you can just set them up for that. The Live Valve is cool cause if you do different types you can just push the button and it actually changes the shocks quite a bit. Either way you wont be disappointed with either version.

That's why I’m shocked that they don't offer refunds should one request it. Transfer a non or low profit sale to one with full mark up. Then again, they probably don’t have the money to be able to do that.

20000 cars and 30 a day (?) delivered, eventually.
It will be 3 years to fulfill orders. But...who knows is there are deposit holders or dealers that are high numbers.
One thing is for sure if your number 2000 you gonna miss next season also. it starts in 9 months!!!

I'm not seeing that at all on a large scale here. On this whole Speed UTV topic, I'm just interested to sit back and watch what happens. The whole "My side by side is a race car that is better than yours" conversation is kind of funny to me.

In any case, there are those like me who objectively look at the whole situation with the facts surrounding it (constant missed delivery dates, per day production volumes required to meet stated delivery numbers, etc.) and, after considering that data, conclude that the profound success of Speed UTV is a dubious proposition. Many here have been a lot more vocal than I have about that, but I don't think looking at the facts and stating their conclusions should automatically make them "haters."

Fact of the matter so far is that Speed seems to be all talk and no delivery (literally). Deposit holders or not, you really can't come down on folks for pointing that out and voicing/discussing their opinions on a forum that is largely designed for voicing/discussing opinions.

I have a Polaris 500 efi with a fortress cab that I know I have spent $2.50 a mile on repairs. It has about 5,500 miles on it but it will go 45 mph on the road. I have to use it move myself around with for agricultural uses but if this new deal is better and goes fast I might want in.
