I get the way it works . My point is there are 7 billion people in this world maybe somebody like speed was not the first to create every last inch on the speed car . Just maybe .

But if you want to try and protect your intellectual property, get a patent

EDIT: I don't truly wish ill will on him or his business.... Just be the bigger person (obviously RG could be better too)

Patents do not protect you 100%, it is up to the entity submitting the patent to disclose all other possible infringements, the patent office does not search for other possible ideas beforehand. So if the product gets taken to court, previous designs/ideas can be submitted therefore eroding the patent. According to the podcast presenter he is calling out RG for not having original ideas but instead having the money/lawyers to patent them and bully anybody that challenges them with threatening tactics.

I just think its petty and makes him look bad, regardless of their issues. I'd rather hear about the history of boardsmansville and organize some meet ups there... I follow him for that not fuckin speed drama........

I could spew all kinds of stuff about being ripped off when I had my boat redone. Live and learn, take mental notes and move on...

I could spew how I've been ripped off by no less than 3 mid to high level offroad shops or people in the industry. Including Fish.

But I don't. Because I'm not a petty little bitch, like the frozen pizza guy.

12.7 2000 Class 2wd and 4wd 4wd is limited to 2000cc and 1 Shock per wheel 2wd is allowed up to 2400cc and 2 Shock per wheel This category is for naturally aspirated UTV’s up to 2000cc in displacement with the addition of safety gear and limited performance modifications. Window nets and 5-point harnesses are required. Side doors are required to be added if not originally equipped with such. Stock cages, stock gas tanks (must run stock fuel pump and stock configuration if using a production tank), stock seats are all acceptable in this category. Basic safety items as required for all cars are also required such as first aid kits, fire extinguishers, horns, rear amber lights, etc.  Vehicles in this category must maintain the stock wheelbase as OEM manufactured and may not exceed 80” in width measured from the outside of the tire bulge.  OEM suspension pivot points must be maintained. Original OEM wheel base must be maintained.  Wheel size is open, tire size is limited to 35” measured on the car with a square at 18 PSI.  The following performance items may be replaced: wheels, tires, brakes, shocks/springs, exhaust, ECU/tune, lights, clutch springs, suspension arms, radiator and radiator placement. No other performance mods are permitted. The 80” width rule shall be the only limiting rule for suspension arms (also accounting for aftermarket/oversized wheels and tires). The car must fit though an 80” wide gate opening.  Non-performance upgrades are allowed including items such as lighting, cage upgrades, seats, fuel cells however these are optional.  Vehicles in this category must be based on a production UTV and must use a stock concept transmission and final drive system.  Aftermarket or OEM forced induction is NOT allowed.  May not use automotive engines. Additionally, Class 10 cars are in the 2000 Class, the rules specific to Class 10 cars are outlined below

12.8 Class 10 – Now part of 2000 Class This is an open wheel category with unlimited suspension and limited engine. Wheel size is open, tire size is limited to 35” measured on the car with a square at 18 PSI. Category engine options: Any engine may be used as long as it conforms to the displacement limits and rules in the following list of options and: 1) Series produced production engine with at least 5000 copies available to the general public 2) Engine did not displace more than 2.4L in stock production (as sold) form 3) No more than 4 valves per cylinder 4) It is not a rotary piston engine 5) Must be naturally aspirated 6) If carbureted option is used: a. it must have a max of 2 venturis b. the max venturi size is 42mm c. must be a production automotive type carburetor 7) If fuel injection option is used: a. Intake manifold must remain as delivered by the manufacturer. It must retain its stock shape, size, and configuration. No porting or other modifications. Ports may be matched to the heads, but matching may not exceed .250” (1/4 inch) deep. Manifold must be the unit that was installed and delivered on the engine by the original manufacturer. Only U.S.A. delivery fuel injection is permitted. Manifold must be installed and sold on production vehicles for street use in the U.S.A. and be readily available to the general public. b. Throttle body must be production (OEM) type readily available to the general public in the U.S.A. Displacement Limit Options 1) Water cooled, 8-valve, single 2 barrel carb, single seat: 1800cc 2) Water cooled, 8-valve, single 2 barrel carb, two seat: 1900cc 3) Water cooled, 16-valve, single 2 barrel carb, single seat: 1750cc 4) Water cooled, 16-valve, single 2 barrel carb, two seat: 1850cc 5) Water cooled, 16-valve, stock fuel injection with max throttle body of 58.5mm, single seat: 1750cc 6) Water cooled, 16-valve, stock fuel injection with max throttle body of 58.5mm, two seat: 1850cc 7) Air cooled, 4 or 6-cyl, 2 carbs or stock fuel injection, single seat: 2200cc 8) Air cooled, 4 or 6-cyl, 2 carbs or stock fuel injection, two seat: 2400cc 9) GM Stock Production Engine: 2.2L or 2.4L GM Ecotech, stock fuel injection, DI or IDI, single or two seat 10) Ford Stock Production Engine: 2.0L 16-valve, stock DI, stock ignition, I4-DI-TIVCT single or two seat Options 9 & 10 above (Stock Production Engines) must be sealed by Turnkey Engine Supply, Oceanside CA

Max made it 120 miles. Now hes been stopped for a while and not in a pit. RG is still going,

Max stopped for awhile 10 minutes after Robby went by him, he caught up and past Robby
Must of needed another belt

Looks like Max is gonna finish 2nd today behind a X3 and RG is gonna finish 3rd right in front of a Pro R in 4th. Physically.....

The #321 was first physical (they didnt send them to the fake finish on the beach so the announcer didnt realize it) and started behind everyone else behind them so they will be first on time as well.

Max finished 2nd physical and will most likely be there on time as well.

Robby finished 3rd physical however the Pro R that finished 4th was right behind him Physical and I believe will beat RG on time.
