Would anyone say anything they have said in here to my face? - Asshole, cocksucker, nutswinger, POS….

Talked to my "acquaintance" that has a sub-100 order number over the weekend....he said that he has not heard anything from Speed in quite some time...said he has called and talked to the "girl" and she just tells him that they are not giving out estimated delivery dates...

He is in California, so he might be tied up in the CARB deal....but he said he would be pissed if they skipped over him to start delivering to people out of state...but similar to what LOF is saying, he has his RZR and is still enjoying the season, so hes not too concerned about it.

What does insurance have to do with it? The car is titled and registered at your home address. It does not lapse in another state.

Thats the problem...he said that he was told by Speed a while back that they were not going to be skipping people and if that changed they would be giving everyone in a CA a heads up that it was going to happen....and he hasnt heard anything since about it...

Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe there's rules about registering and insuring just about any registerable vehicle out of the state you're a resident of - based on what I've read here in the past.
There definitley is in Canada (between provinces).
The problem is; many don't find out about this problem ... until there's a problem.
