There's no confusion Dave. I Honestly thought offering what I did was a favor. Nothing more. I'm sure you can't grasp the concept of actually helping someone besides yourself. You should try it sometime! It feels really good to do something unselfish. It's not all about who can get me this or that for free. And you jumped my shit over offering to list someone's home for 1%. Period, You have NO idea of the level of service I provide for my clients. None. I started selling homes because the agents I ran into were just terrible. Couldn't get a call back on homes we'd inquired about. The lack of service in most business these is just terrible sometimes. The deals that didn't envolve you, which I can only assume who it could be were on loans right? If so I haven't done mortgage loans in over 6 years. Ifs it's either of the two whom would make sense, I assure you and everyone else their were major issues. Shit one of the two, the guy lost his job right before funding. Still got it done. The other, i should have passed when I spoke to his foul mouth rude obnoxious wife, with their over encumbered land. Was a complete mess. But it was my fault. LoL. I'm sure dave you know all the details right???? But are the first to post how terrible the service was. When you had nothing it to with it. LoL.

You on the other hand have shown me and many others how you treat people on here. Think you need to look at how you treat people in general, AND EVEN MORE SO the ones that support you and your business. You have shown me that your truly a classless person. Posting I need to remove the Pub's from so and so from my teeth. Real classy way to talk about a site sponsor. Shit if you post these types of things, I can only imagine the shit you say away from the keyboard. Anyone that posts what you did about someone they've never actually done business with is unfair and reckless. Sobber up, loose some weight, quit smoking. be nice, be here for a few more years for your family. Your headed the wrong way in life dude.

It is what is is dave. You really aren't worth a second annoyance to me anymore. We aren't going to agree on this in any way. You are never wrong, and think you know everything anyway. Right? ;)

So waddle into your huge garage, spark up another Ciggy and talk some more shit. It's what you do when you have nothing to feel good about, and are a unhappy person.

Me..... Gonna go have dinner with my beautiful wife and two cool ass girls. You my X Friend can go Fuck yourself :)

I build things for friends for basically just material sometimes. Sometimes even free material if I have it. I know what I'm worth and I know it's bad business but I do it anyways [emoji4]

Does this make you a scab? Serious question.

Owning a home isn't the American dream it once was. Some old timers will still swear that buying a house should be on top of one's priority list when in reality, it's all subjective. We'll never live in an Era where you can buy a 80k house on one income. Ever. Which is why not everyone is looking to buy. Some are content with not having to deal with the bullshit that comes with home ownership.
...In the end, one should be happy with the choices YOUVE made not with the choices you THINK everyone should make.

Kind of. I don't really think I'm taking any money out of my Union brothers pockets though, but yea i think it's still scabbing [emoji232]

I don't think it does.. I was just asking.

I don't pay my Longshoreman friend union wage when he helps me move something.. I just give him beer.

It's interesting to watch Tapatalk delete posts.. I selected 346 posts for deletion.. I figured it would be instantaneous. Apparently it runs through and processes each one independantly because it's been working for like 5 minutes and I'm watching the thread shrink little by little.

That all said, I just skimmed them all.. If it had a quote of a fucked up post I just whacked it. I'm not going to spend the time to re-edit the quotes out of everyones posts etc.. Pretty much anything by JM21, Tobtek, or myself got whacked, and anything off topic relevant to nothing in the first two sentences is gone.

Owning a home is overrated.....I'm tired of doing my lawn and fixing shit. :D
Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not but you'd be surprised how many people are. The parents of a friend of mine did just that. Sold EVERTHING they owned in Chino and moved into one of those resort style a 3 bedroom lofts in Anaheim by Angel Stadium. The dad alone cleared over 120k a year before he retired a couple of months back so it's not like money was an issue.

I've rented houses pretty much my entire life.. Amazingly other then a couple of plumbing problems that I Just paid to have fixed nothing ever broke or any problems ever.

I bought my house, pool heater didn't work right, had to finish roofing the RV garage, had a line blow off a dishwasher (thank god Stacy was home and we got it turned off in less than a minute or that would've been disastrous)..

Being this is my first house, and we bought a new one for the "Home warranty" and all that, I was blown away how many problems we had first moving in. In short I got the humor about renting.. :D

And if you can retire with the income flow and not have to worry, then why not? Unfortunately, the retirement picture doesn't look as good to us peeps 20 years out, vs. Those retiring now.

Throwing chips at someone else's investment bugs the shit out of me too. I hated writing that rent check every month.

A friend of mine since 1978. His parents worked normal jobs. Mother was a school teacher and father drove buses. In 1974 one of their grand parents died. They used the inheritance to build a decent house on 2 acres in the suburbs. Leave It To Beaver kind of house. They bought some nice furniture but basically saved their money. The Father is still driving the F250 he bought in 78. The mother bought a Corolla in the 80's and still drives it. They camped at a lake for most of the time. In the late 90's after paying off their house they bought a small house on the lake they liked. They saved most of the mothers salary and after 30 years of savings. Saved over $1million cash. Since both basically worked for the government they have awesome pensions. Since my friend is somewhat successful as an accountant. And his sister owns four Yuppie preschools. The parents just sold their main house for over $1million. Sales of primary residences in Canada are tax free. They said fuck it kids don't need our money. They bought a bigger nicer house on a river here. With a pool for the grand kids. They still have cash for boats and shit.

There comes a time when your time is more valuable than wasting it on some work you can pay to have done. It's nice when you have the option to do that rather than hating to work that into your budget when you feel you can just do it yourself to save the expenditure. Not all of us are ballers and can be stubborn too. :D

Couldn't be that much more.... I'd only be there for 1 Minute.
That's like saying just cause you push papers, make phones calls and do showings, you should get 3% no matter how fast it sells [emoji23]

It's coming back.[emoji106]

I heard that it may come back. I did a job walk at the old plant in Brea a few months ago. Was like a ghost town. It was like they uped and left. The large printing machines were still there with paper all over the ground. Found a large American Flag in the shipping office on the floor. Took it home and will retire it when Rivermobster does his flag ceremony again.
