Never took it to the river. But I did use it in SoCal during the summer and we never really used the front ac. Just the main.

Yay! What I was afraid of. I knew I should have held out for a 5th wheel. That second door to the master and 16feet 6 inch of cargo got me excited. I have a 14k husky to centerline.

When I bought it the guy also had a duramax. I figured ah it's set up right. Yeahhhhh right. Darn thing tried to kill me. I read the instructions on the hitch and made changes. As far as sway it was Ike a dart. But my front end was like an old Cadillac. I should have left shank height alone then and just gone up on bars. I just need it to not kill me and do faster than 50 in the wind. Lol.

I guess we will find out this summer. If it's really hot may just use the house we have been. But I prefer using my own things.

Oh man… You have the Genesis built 3016. I had the Stealth 3016 made by Forest River. Unfortunately your trailer is known to tow like shit.
Before I bought my Stealth I was dead set on buying the trailer you have. So I did my research and even a few dealers said they toy like shit.

Here is the reason. Look at the picture you provided axles are damn near in the middle of the trailer. And your cargo area don’t go much in front of the axles.

On my trailer my tongue weight was 1800lbs empty. I used a 12k equalizer and it towed like a dream.

Look at my picture. There is a lot more trailer in front of the axles. It also had 1 slide above the axles and another all the way in the front.

My advice is use a quality load distribution/sway control. And experiment with different tongue weights.

Thank god you have a long bed as they will help fight the sway forces. View attachment 1309313
I appreciate all the insight. I think next time I have it I'll have it dialed in as good as I'm gonna get. Time to look for something else. 🤣

I wish I could do something like this at my house...

The sun just hammers on these things.
Yeah it is so hard on them and where I live it’s super dry so I had to do something. I would like to make a front for it with something that looks decent instead of the metal panels

Staying one night at Las Vegas Motor Coach Resort it’s a nice place but not sure what the little birds represent? These are privately owned spots that they rent out.

Nice Rig, Whats your overall length? Im at 75 feet with my flat bed. I have wanted to get a stacker like that
Thanks! Depends on who's asking lol... honestly though have not had a chance to measure overall. The moho is 43' and the stacker is a 20' box + tongue.

The stacker has definitely made gas stations, and getting around tighter areas a lot more fun than my older enclosed that was around 31'

Love those colors
Took a while for the colors to grow on me! I've always been a fan of, and had the darker black, and silvers / white. But definitely love these colors now... especially considering we camp in the desert 90% of the time.

We did 9 days in Ocotillo. Great times.
Also stopped by the scale. Not much as far as weight in the trailer this trip. Just a small quad for my daughter. But it was full of water and all our stuff.

Added 4th washer for tilt and messed with the bars and bags. It did pretty well. 5th wheel it is not. However it felt safe and I was going plenty fast. Even got wind on the way home. Happy with it. Ready to see what it's like with weight in there again. I also need to weight the truck without the trailer to have a better idea of where weight is going. But everything is under weight ratings.

How are you liking the MOHO/trailer versus the toy hauler?
Love it! It fits our family setup much better. I didn’t have enough room in the toy hauler for the growing toys. The setup and breakdown of the Moho is so much easier. The enclosed trailer allows for much more storage and all the toy stuff stays in there while the Moho stays clean. How are you liking your new Moho?

That’s awesome man. Yeah we find it the best way when you have kids that like to ride and an off road car of any sort. My cousin just did the same thing and he has always said he would never get in a motorhome. Now he’s saying he should of done it sooner 🤣🤷

Oh I’m loving it. Tows and drives so nice. I enjoy driving it lol

My old weekend Warrior.

Any issues with it? I have been trying to find a 37" or 39" one with dual ac units and no slides for storage, mainly a 4 seat rzr and a quad or two. Or a two seat can am and 1-2 quads. Reason for no slide outs they add some weight! I know make sure the toy hauler has had the wheel sag support done and roof up to date.

It has actually been a solid trailer. No major issues It’s a 2007 and I’ve owned it since 2010. It’s the perfect layout for our needs. It’s a 3105 and we haul a 4 seat rzr in it. It’s starting to look its age, the roof needs some love, and all the exterior plastic parts are starting to fall apart. I’d like to get something new or newer but I hear so many horror stories with new rigs.

That is what I hear is they are super solid with the small issues addressed and the layouts are killer! How much room do you have to spare with the 4 seat rzr? Is it the turbo s model?

Yeah new ones I get mixed reviews on and they are a whole lot of cash lol

I have an XP x turbo. Not an S. It’s tight. There may be a few inches. Not sure if an s would fit or not. I do love the lay out. We have used that trailer so much in 14 years. We even stay in it a month at a time in San Diego and in Northern AZ.

You are saying the length you have a few inches to spare? I plan to use the thing once a month or so, from in the woods, do the desert/dunes. Escape for some long weekends to do some fishing and riding!

Yes. I haven’t measured but I bet I have 4” of extra length in the trailer. Most of the time my RS1 lives in the trailer and I tow the 4 seater on a flat bed. But I have hauled the 4 seat xp turbo in it.

Gotcha, I am always thinking about the future and eventually I will end up with a sand car, so hoping to get a 35-40' range for that too, 1stworldproblems LULZ

Looking for suggestions for a June timeframe camping spot. Looking to go no more then 8hrs toeing time from so cal. Already been to Zion a few times so that’s out.
Must have a nice pool for the kids.

The bad ass Williams KOA is booked.
The new Flagstaff campground is currently what we are thinking.
