I’d like to take a moment to bring up the Fire Lane Parkers and people who don’t square up in the parking space they’ve chosen to park in. I don’t think the death penalty is out of order in this situation. How do some of you guys make it through the day?
I mean, with all the wrong lane passers, express lane violators, cart curbers, line jumpers, fat people, and the other 8 billion people who arent as righteous as you but are stealing your air?
Lol

If those people came on RDP and started trying to defend their actions we'd be busting their balls too! Nobody here really gives a shit about returning your cart or not (mostly). We're just having fun watching some guy dig a hole deeper and deeper.
This thread would probably die quickly if the lazybones just admitted that they are lazy and don't feel like returning the cart. I have myself been guilty of it in the past and I have no problem admitting it. But if you keep making up BS excuses then this thread will continue.
The thing is, this is RDP. It is not some naïve gullible lefist looney site. We can see through BS pretty quickly here and are quick to call it out and poke a lot of fun at the perpetrators.
The “right lane closed ahead” shoulder passers are absolutely sub human.
Want some clarity on your position here, are you referring to people who exit the roadway to pass on the shoulder? Or people who wait until the lane is completely closed to get over?
People who pass the mile long line then try to muscle back in.
Lately I’ve seen big rigs blocking them more and more.
I'll respectfully disagree with you there with one caveat. If someone is already in the mile long line, jumps out and then tries to advance i'm not the biggest fan of that. However, we are paying our taxes for every inch of that road and I am going to utilize it. I equate it to getting in line to check out at the grocery store, I choose the shortest line. I similarly choose the lane of cars that has the shortest line. If everyone utilized both lanes and properly zippered for merging, the line wouldn't be a mile long.
Fully expect that I'm not going to change your mind and that I will probably get meme'd after this but just my thoughts.
Lol Tommy, it's a daily battle within. How do some of you guys make it through the day?

Did you just call 4waters an electrician? Those guys never clean up after themselves...Easy there @4Waters , don't take my thoughts on traffic management as me agreeing with you on carts. My philosophy on that is that if you don't pick up after yourself, someone has to pick up after you and I don't like doing that to other people. When you eat at a fast food restaurant without a wait staff, do you leave your trash on the table because "it's someone's job to clean up the dining room?"
Lol Tommy, it's a daily battle within.
Honestly though, this whole thread has shown the degradation of our society. "Do unto others as you wish others to do unto you" is a lost cause.
SuperSoaker thread revivalOh well, in the next few weeks the channel wars will commence and this will all be forgotten…
Got it damage to my car because your a douchebag and can't put your cart away is ok to you.Got it.
Damage to a car from the magnet slinger is appropriate and acceptable.
Armed. How do some of you guys make it through the day?
I mean, with all the wrong lane passers, express lane violators, cart curbers, line jumpers, fat people, and the other 8 billion people who arent as righteous as you but are stealing your air?

No shit, with a screen name of Heylam he just wants to be the center of attention
Oh no you are taking this wrong, I never said it's someone else's job, someone else did but someone is paid to do that job. 25+ years ago there were 2-3 times the amount of return racks than there is now, the stores (corporate actually) decided that they wanted them out and therefore made their employees jobs harder. I do return my carts most of the time when reasonable since the stores are ok with their employees walking around the north 40 collecting carts. I have seen people 20' from a return and not return it, did I get mad and call the guy out? Nope what they do with a shopping cart is of no importance to me, there is bigger shit in this world to worry about than a shopping cart.Easy there @4Waters , don't take my thoughts on traffic management as me agreeing with you on carts. I understand, I don't know how many cart returns there were 25 years ago because I was only 3 years old so can't comment on that. I think we are all in agreement that starting confrontations with people about carts is a terrible idea. If I see it happen and it's on my way from my truck to the cart return I will just grab it and take it with me.No shit, with a screen name of Heylam he just wants to be the center of attention

Just dont block the right hand turn lane . If no hole opens up for you to get back over thats your problem . The people who stop and wait for somebody to let you in piss me off . I deal with it daily now .I'll respectfully disagree with you there with one caveat. If someone is already in the mile long line, jumps out and then tries to advance i'm not the biggest fan of that. Theres always an opening up towards the front of a moving merge lane......strike first, strike hard, commit fully and own your decision.Just dont block the right hand turn lane . This is the shipping cart litmus test as it applies to society. I read it years ago and found it to be pretty thought provoking.
The shopping cart is the ultimate litmus test for whether a person is capable of self-governing.

To return the shopping cart is an easy, convenient task and one which we all recognize as the correct, appropriate thing to do. To return the shopping cart is objectively right. There are no situations other than dire emergencies in which a person is not able to return their cart. Simultaneously, it is not illegal to abandon your shopping cart. Therefore the shopping cart presents itself as the apex example of whether a person will do what is right without being forced to do it. No one will punish you for not returning the shopping cart, no one will fine you or kill you for not returning the shopping cart, you gain nothing by returning the shopping cart. You must return the shopping cart out of the goodness of your own heart. You must return the shopping cart because it is the right thing to do. Because it is correct.
A person who is unable to do this is no better than an animal, an absolute savage who can only be made to do what is right by threatening them with a law and the force that stands behind it.
The Shopping Cart is what determines whether a person is a good or bad member of society.
And if someone sees you coming and closes the door on you don’t try and shove your nose in there from the shoulder and get pissed and start flipping me off. Like yesterdayTheres always an opening up towards the front of a moving merge lane......strike first, strike hard, commit fully and own your decision.

Same thing with toilet flushing.
We have auto flushers because some people can't be entrusted to flush a toilet after use. Their time must be too valuable and someone else gets paid to do it anyways. LOL

Negative, ghost rider.
Auto flush was a hygienic advancement to keep a thousand shit tainted fingers off the handles.
It’s insane someone could live in that every dayDude, it was horrible
I thought they were the worst until I started going into IT rooms.Did you just call 4waters an electrician? Those guys never clean up after themselves...
Ok. So if there’s no auto flush it’s ok to leave it so you don’t get germs on your hands. Lol?
Very interesting thread.
Can we please make this an electrical debate too? That’ll get the masses really fired upDid you just call 4waters an electrician? Those guys never clean up after themselves...
I went to grocery store yesterday and for the first time ever suffered anxiety deciding if a four wheel cart was warranted or could I just opt for two handheld baskets. I discovered carrying two handheld baskets was less risk of Nazi interaction and a great arm workout.

Make your own decision.
It’s not up to me to guide you through your daily life.
What I’m saying is that auto flush was not a product borne to combat laziness as you claim.

I guess I did really answer your question, no I don't leave my trash on the table at a fair food restaurant as cleaning the table it's in their job description only wiping the table down.I understand, I don't know how many cart returns there were 25 years ago because I was only 3 years old so can't comment on that. I think we are all in agreement that starting confrontations with people about carts is a terrible idea. WTF? Do you have a problem with water conservation now? If it's yellow let it mellow.Same thing with toilet flushing.

Wish I would have taken pictures before I started cleaning, that cup holder was worse than that 1st pic, that had been wiped down a couple times already the whole cab looked like that, grossIt’s insane someone could live in that every day
So you took away the job of an auto detailer ?Wish I would have taken pictures before I started cleaning, that cup holder was worse than that 1st pic, that had been wiped down a couple times already the whole cab looked like that, gross
