I didn't read the whole 17 pages of replies on this, so don't know if Vin will come and slap a magnet sign on my post, but a problem we have here are the SUMMER VISITORS/BOATERS who buy several cases of beer, wine coolers, White Claw, Capri Sun, sodas, etc. along with several bags of ice, and then load their ice chests and just throw the boxes and bags back in the cart and leave it there.

You'll see this every summer weekend in Parker.

Thanks for diggin up the thread as it is perfect timing. Where are the Cart Narcs when you need them?

3 or so days ago as I walk into the parts store to purchase new wiper blades. I see a homeless guy laying on the nice warm asphalt in the middle of the day. At the time the shopping cart is right next to him. I go in buy the over priced wiper blades that looked the best and the most costly. Turns out they are a POS and I might go back to return them, but I digress. I come out of the store to find that the guy must have fallen asleep and the cart rolled into a car.

Cart Narcs were here in Utah last summer at Walmart in South Jordan, we sat in the car and watched him, love that guy. People lose their shit, it's so stupid. A lot of entitled / unstable people out there.
