It's RD everything works out better for himHow do you get as far as owning the boat without knowing what motors were in it? Like isnt that part of the normal conversation? Motor size, hours, etc?

Why is the boat still out back of absolute and not on the water!!!
“Yet to be determined” and “Yet to be determined.”Curious…How fast is she and whats her name?
Passenger side,.... Ejection Seat Activation .Mine has 2 switched on each seat, one is for electric drop out seat bottoms and the other is for air ride.
Dave, what props are on your boat?

Excellent choice for your intended use.... and glad you opted for OB... I know less experienced fellas on RDP fear the OB in ocean but I learned on a low profile 23' OB out there and this beast will be fine. Don't even bother with a bow cover canvas in my opinion. My 29' Magic Wizard never stuffed or took swells over bow at idle on breaks to Catalina... ever and this things got a higher freeboard I imagine. Enjoy!2008 Hallett 335 with 5th gen 710 Ilmor’s / SCX drives.. MCOB.
Dealing with Eric Nixon (previous owner) has been an absolute pleasure and the way a boat deal should be done.
Speaking of Absolute huge thanks to Aaron and crew for getting it in for a last minute pre-buy inspection!

I used to split tens. My wife hated when ii did it. Always got the look and head shake. Not sure I’d guess mid 90’s.. leaning towards “Splitting Tens”.
What is the switch on the seat for ?

We were at the Casino Friday night. The lady next to me asked if I'd be mad if she split 10s, and I said "do what you want." My wife was at 3rd base, and lost a double due to the split. She's still pissed at me, not the dumb ladyI used to split tens. My wife hated when ii did it. Always got the look and head shake.
I like itNot sure I’d guess mid 90’s.. leaning towards “Splitting Tens”.
So I’m a little embarrassed to say this.. I had assumed they were 625 ilmors..
Was down at absolute earlier and looking in the engine bay, turns out they are 710’s..

Although a 30’with a side door did just pop up..![]()
Can we get a fooking picture of you on the boat already. LFG!
It should run well north of 90. Ours has 625's and SCT,s and has seen 94. Damn nice ride there RD! The 335 is the best handling Hallett I've ever driven. Absolutely love it!Hard to say with the SCX's, but I'm guessing around 90? Maybe a little more?
RD
Is it possible the 300 mold was used to creat the 335?
What is the overall difference between the 300 and 335? I know the 335 has a step bottom
and the euro swim step.
Isn’t that always the case. Whatever you really wanted pops up as soon as you settle on something else. You guys… lol
