Charlie's first ride in the Can am. Didn't really know what to expect. Did really good and I was surprised he kept his goggles on too. Made him a little plywood platform on the seat and added a thick moving blanket. It seemed to work well.

After having a bulldog and a few Frenchies , we decided to get a mini golden doodle to keep our 11 year old frenchie entertained since he hasn’t been himself since our last dog passed months back. Damn , I wasn’t ready for the energy levels of this breed haha.

We are loving the new addition so far and can’t wait to see how he does in the water!

I posted about our new addition in another thread, but I will update my 'RDP Pups' status here too 😊 We like spotty dogs at our house! 😁 Lucy (now 15 weeks), is a mini aussie (American Shepherd) and will be about half of Kaiya's size. They get along awesome, and I'm pretty sure Kaiya thinks Lucy is the best toy we've ever brought home for her!

Now without a dog I'm looking for another companion. I've always had Pit Bulls and they have all been great and lived long life's.

With my lifestyle now thinking towards an Australian Cattle Dog.

Spending more time on my Ranch a dog that will stay close to the house and not wander off is a must, a wondering dog is a missing one there quickly and most likely will not return. The Pit Bulls were great as predators were not interested in confronting them.

My hope is the Cattle dog would stay close and use brains over brawn to stay out of harms way.

Duke our 10 week old Cane Corso. I have always wanted and Italian Mastiff/Cane Corso. And our 11 month old Great Pyrenees Royal needed a buddy. I don’t think anyone or anything will be coming into our backyard. I have already started to socialize him and take him to work and stores. Should be a good boy and they both get along great.

We put down the family dog a couple weeks ago. My 2 younger kids 5 & 8 are wanting a puppy and surprisingly so is my wife. My oldest 13 isn’t ready yet.
I’ve started to look around and my wife is being a cheap ass and don’t want to spend anything on a new puppy. Only wants a mut from the pound.

I’m trying to find a boxer for a decent price.
Mainly looking for a short hair mid size dog.
I want a blue healer but my wife thinks they are ugly.

I will keep my eyes open. If you see anything by Me I can grab it for you. My Mom has a cattle dog. Half heeler half border collie. Excellent dog. I will grab a pic. The breeder my brother got her from is on my street. I can have him send a text.

I showed my wife a couple dogs at $300-450
And she was adamant that it would be better to go save one from the shelter for $80.

If I had my way I would go get this.

Don't discount the dog you could get from a shelter we got this guy in March of 21 from VVAPL https://www.vvapl.org/
He had some separation anxiety when we got him but he's now the most chill GSD you'll ever find.
