You will not be disappointed with the General. I debated for a while between rzr and X3 before purchasing mine. The General was a perfect fit. Everyone thought I was crazy when I bought it. Suspension is awesome and enough power to keep up with all my buddies in glamis. I love the fact I can tow with it and launch my boat. Also great for trail riding in Parker and rock climbing. General was the best all around functional vehicle for my needs.

Been out of the SxS game a few years.
Came home yesterday to find this surprise from my fiance: 2019 Madigan caged/suspension, Shock Therapy shocked car with a bunch of nice things done to it and a paddle set. The 84’ tri zinger is still the kid’s favorite lol.

Rosie Rhino. 2008 Yamaha Rhino 700 punched and cammed to a 735. MSD ignition, cold air intake, long travel with King shocks, Polk/Boss 2500 watt stereo, Dunz paddle tires, FMF true dual exhaust, ect. Too much to list. Just modded her with a rack for my artillery launchers. She'll do 57 mph on a good winter day and can climb a tree as well.

Well it turns out then when we chose to lengthen the car by 13 in, it would lead to horrible driveline angles. At the same time we did a motor swap, and a brand new transmission that had different outputs than the old bus box. We knew the compound CV angles were pretty extreme, but chose to run it and see what happened.

We built this thing like a tank, but we knew that the CV joints would be the weak link. We got through a few hard Barstow test sessions before one of the CV's gave out, and rather than spending money replacing CV joints, I cut it apart and moved the motor and transmission back 5 inches.

I'm getting ready to do the final locate on the motor and tranny, just need to sit here and stare at it for a while to make sure nothing interferes with anything else and that it's all lined up.

Thanks! A very simple, but older prerunner. I’ve owned it 20+ years. It was for sale, or might again be for sale, I dunno right now. I’ve got cancer and I’m at City of Hope getting treated. Don’t want to get dark but not sure what the future looks like right now. Sold off some other stuff, not sure what I want to do with the truck right now.

Wish me luck and we can get together for a beer some time in the future!
