Same question I had.

They spray some goop down that is supposed to keep them from sticking. For the most part they pop right up. One did not, but they say it is a water soluble chemical and the waste slab will pop right off when hosed down with the spray truck they use to spray down all the panels.

We will find out tomorrow?

Looks like fun. Those going to be set by the grade-all? Are you running the project or do you have a GC that is doing it all? I have a few questions If it is you. 👍
Crane for roof I-Beams as they are 81 feet wide and are placed at 29'6".

Gradall for mezzanine I-Beams.

I do have a GC.

The panels? Looks like they left one end open so they could get the crane in the building to lift the beams.
Big expense for that, fly in from outside or have a 12 x 14 OH door and that hydro would drive out??

I am sure something to it, it seems to being ran fairly efficient, just getting his WF beams onsite and installed right after lift is a coordination all in its own with shop drawings offsite weld inspection all started a while ago.

Still have no clue what is going inside

Curious if you went with beams instead of joist cause of lead times? Part of a couple projects where they have made the switch in design because of it.

Also curious like the others what is going inside 😁

Did they pour the dead mans deep enough so they can be buried or are they gonna have to be removed? Did that casting slab really go to the dump or did it get recycled into aggregate base?

Hopefully the one inside will be buried under 4 inches AB and then the 8 inch slab. That is what we planned but if the crane cracks it up, out it goes.

The two outside went to the dump and the AB under those waste slabs is being spread around for the exterior concrete.

See post 65. 🤔🤔
You're killing me smalls!!!
Some other type of construction (all glass?)
free span no columns,
Mezz in the rear I am guessing
I see the 2 OH doors in the panels but you said one inside and one outside🤔
Is it possible that "outside" is under roof?
I see a man door next to each OH door which tells me there will bea full ht wall between the OH doors?

The large bolt templates accomodate the two large columns at the open end.
What needs a 29' tall shed roof🤔🤔🤔

That has a 74 foot wide door and a floor and staging area rated for 100,000 pounds?

As others have suggested, a hangar. Or shed as they are known in other places. No blimps however.

Let’s see how it comes together. We’re moving to interior construction.
