Thought the lady spokesman for the NTSB did a very good job at the news conferences. She was clear, repeated the question asked, gave intelligent answers, and willing to turn to someone else who may have known the answer when she didn't. All in all I felt she added clarity to this terrible tragedy. Our 13 yr old neice lost a friend, a friend's Dad, 2 other friends and a prior coach in this accident. Kind of difficult to wrap your brain around that. Devasting for anyone, let alone a 13 yr old.
