There you go.. another fine example of the hall monitor.. meeting with the solar boat company.. for what, so you have more material to use to bash and gossip.. do you have a permanent camp out at the window to track any movement over there, then post it!!

You dont know the first thing about kachina! how about minding your own business since someone has lost a life here.. pathetic! Get a life!
I dont think anyone is disregaurding the fact someone lost there life. But, people dropped CASH money to have boats built and have lost everything. Good business??????????? not so much. Im guessing over time the details as to what really happened will come out and will probally shock alot of people. No dog in this fight. Carry on

You know the funny thing is that I called Dave (owner of this site) earlier this morning as said if he deleted this thread it wouldn't hurt my feelings. I said that it had run it's course and in light of the recent information about Louies death it might be a good idea to delete it to fore go any issues.

Too late....

Hey buddy feel free to take a drive over here and we'll step outside and talk about it. I'll show you hall monitoring, and I'll show you whom I've spoken to and who I know and that i'm not just looking for a rise. Also, since your feeling froggy step out from behind the keyboard and let us know who you are and what interest you have in the company.

The gentlemen who own the solar boat company just left my office. (business) so my info can be considered first hand. I was simply helping people out that had questions from out of state and wanted to know if their boats were on property.

You are no friend of Louies.. you've posted more than just whose boats are in the yard, so don't pretend you are just here to help.. You are not so fortunate to have any connection to kachina or Louie!! You are a waste of time!

This is a tragedy in the boating industry, not some kiddy gossip to toy with. You haven't a clue about what an awesome dude Louie was or his impact on boating over several decades.. find something else to gossip about. Move your campout to another window!!

Lost everything?? You dont know that.. nobody knows the outcome.. its in the hands of the Court and the Bank.. doesnt mean people will lose anything.... these things just take time. Have you a clue how long the probate process takes when a person dies? Can take years... why?? because the judicial process is slow, not because anyone is screwing anyone.. lets get the facts straight here...you have no proof to claim anyone has lost a penny!!

I never claimed to be a friend of louies, nor have I ever met him. Not my intent to worry about his integrity. I was doing what I could for the people he fucked over.

If you want to tell me louie was a great guy, i'll listen because it's been said over and over. I know what he's done for his family and orphanages in other countries and etc etc.... His business practices on the other hand are not as bright and shiny as the man was. That's a fact....

i give someone a cash deposit on a boat i damn well believe its going to be finished in a timley mannor. Had these boats in question been done then none of these people would have to be worried about the process. True?

I don't understand if you have a corporation with at least two officers named in there case that the courts and bank would be involved.

My dad passed some 16 yrs ago in a quick way due to complications with a routine surgery, and he had a corporation with two officers (he/my mom) and the banks/courts did not get involved....the workers did not go away, the jobs and customers did not go away....

I don't understand why everything comes to a grinding halt and people get screwed and it is blamed on the banks and courts...If it was a legit corp than the banks and courts would not be involved.

The bank is simply protecting it's money that was lent to Kachina. They came in and locked everything down and are attempting to recover some of their losses. The "company owned inventory" which included all customer boats that were being built have been sent to be liquidated by the bank to do so.

All customer boats that were in for repairs have been returned and from what i understand the banks are offering the partially finished boats back to their customers at a reduced cost. Gee that's awfully wide of them.

No HIN#'s, no engine manufacturer s/n#'s = NO BOAT for these people as far as the bank is concerned.

Banks don't come in to lock a corp's doors cause someone dies, they do so cause a company is in default...

As I said before if the company was in default to the bank they were getting ready to lock it down regardless of the death...

If the company was legit, the banks/courts would not even be involved due to an officer's death....the bank would call the other officer and get the warm/fuzzies about continued operations, vendors would call about payables to them, and the receiveables would not be calling hoping someone forgets about them...

To expand on that. All bank loans, LOC's, etc. have covenants. I haven't checked the detail on mine, but I'm 100% certain death is one of them. Fail to meet or satisfy the covenants, Mr. Banker can shut you down.

Total speculation but weather or not he was behind in his payments I think the fact that his wife was not willing or possibly incapable of running the business had some bearing on this too.

You are absolutely 100% incorrect in all your statements.. you are making assumptions.. once again about someone who is dead and cannot defend themselves. If you had a large business, you may have more of an understanding about how this stuff works.

Wrong again... bank can shut you down almost whenever they feel like it.. when someone dies without a will, the Courts must always get involved

Kachina boats has been around since the 1960's and Louie put his heart and soul for his entire life into making beautiful boats for all of you..

This statement made me luagh...Still waiting to see some beautiful boats from Kachina. I hear the word Kachina and think of Dragons gang raping a unicorn while goblins masterbate in the corner downone side and the care bears tripping on acid while watching Alice in Wonderland down the other side of the boat.

Are you the gelcoater for Kachina? Reason I ask is you are hard and heavy on sticking up for them. Must be because they were the only ones that loved your gel coat schemes and you feel an obligation to stick up for them.

Negro please.....you have no idea how much louie loved and adored for each and every customer, He would NEVER take a short cut like that in building a boat as he felt like every boat and customer was like a family member. The boating business is only made up of stand up geniuine true people. Your are just bored and are spreading lies about someone who is not here to defend themselves. How dare you ;):D

No obligation here, just pointing out how disgusting people are being after a man has died.. this has nothing to do with a god damn picture on a boat.

Obviously, others liked them too or else Kachina would have been out of business decades ago... But thats besides the point..

Right... Reading your posts it sure appears that there is some type of obligation for you and Cowchina. People dont just stick up for individuals that they dont know and dont have some sort of tie too because they're trying to be the person of the year.
