Nope Louie didn't pay his attorney, mine was Alan Holcomb, we are best friends.
I was awarded payment for poor workmanship but not for loss of use due to not having proper comparables to base damages on.

Pretty sure Louie counter sued for non payment and it turned out to be a win of a couple hundred dollars in the end.

His counter claim of breach was thrown out.

Well Pat and Brett are friends of mine, and you and I along with your family and No Name hung out 1day in Humbug. I am not your enemy, I never have been and you don't have to attack me. When replying to Dannys post I was simply defending my name. I talked to Brett the other night. They have the 34 and 30 drone molds. He wasn't sure how you got your hands on the other molds. If fact he thought the 23 and 26 were destroyed. I'll take your word that you have them though. The original Bollero wasn't Louie's mold to begin with.

Like I said, I'm not personally mad at you. Just focus on your project, not on the past.

Point taken Singleton, I've been around since the HB days in 02' and some stuff you don't let slide. I am not really worried about what people see and if me standing up to a BS charge on the internet flusters a potential customer well there isn't much I can do about it.
John West from Ultra used to post up, Wes from Trident posts up and I do as well. I am social type of person, I like people especially boat people, even if they are grouchy, mean or whatever. They are all part of the soup this board is made up of.
