No he did not. Trump's attorney kept saying that, and his base kept believing it because she kept saying it.

His ruling stated that was the valuation from the county assessor. He never opined on its value specifically, he stated that the value the Trump organization put on it for their financial statements was "unexplained and unsubstantiated".

If you read his ruling, you can see where this exact issue is addressed. The judge never put a value on it, let alone an 18 million dollar value.

But this is the conundrum, people don't want to take the time to actually read the rulings, they just take the word of a proven liar. But then again that is why the MAGA folks keep getting surprised by his repeated losses in court. More are coming.

The County Assessor valuations almost never are close to what the actual market value of the property is. In many cases it can be off by well over 10x. So yes the Judge did make that valuation. You are a moron.

You are being completely disingenuous, obtuse, and you know it. But that's ok, we all know you are a clown with TDS, just like this liberal judge, of course communists think alike.

If we were to use County Assessor valuations as "real world" with this precedent, +90% of people with HELOCs would be criminally charged, even though the banks made the determination as to what they would loan, and there is no victim.

Trump just finished speaking about the trial and verdict.

Check the quote at the bottom of the screen. No truer words were ever spoken.

Maybe you can educate me on how Trump came up with over a billion given he put a deed restriction on it?

Instead of going back and forth about the matter the bottom line is the desperation that has been shown from the other side is beyond ridiculous. So now they are hitting his pocket book while driving his numbers higher then even and even swinging votes from the left. There is a reason why the border is a mess and its to gain the votes they are losing.

If he wins by a chance I hope he spends just a third of his energy using the same plays the left has right back against them.

How about we abandon both Trump and Biden and vote for a better America?

Or is vengeance by either more important?

I think accountability is more important at this stage. Conservatives, maybe not your era but this era are tired of letting things go or brushing things under the rug. I think that's what has gotten us into this mess. Compromising to avoid conflict or debate didn't work and what got us here imho. Allowing cancel culture and shaming to grow and intimidate as well government over reach has destroyed this country to what we see it today, a two tier corrupt justice system.

This administration has demonstrated and shown the world to what lengths it's willing to go through to achieve their agenda. They have sped up the timeline because they never anticipated a person like Trump ever getting into office thus the berate and attacks on him and his family.

So it has already been asked but I will ask you, who do you recommend to be in office that can point this country in a positive direction? Respectfully all I've read from you in debate on this administrations short comings is you condemning the previous one. I get your tactic, while weak it does sometimes work on some people. Truth is the numbers do not lie. Fuel prices, inflation, consumer confidence, border crossings, cost of living in general are crap under this administration as they were under Obama (who I feel is running this country right now). While this might work for you financially it doesn't work for the majority here on this forum which is probably why you get the backlash you get.

So you believe that if only Trump could be president all of your complaints above will be solved. We will be a unified nation once again?

Lol... is that what I said? So who is your choice then to replace Trump and Biden?
Objectively even you can admit all your complaints will not be solved under either one.

So I’m pretty much open to anyone else.

Quite frankly what worries me the most is massive nuclear proliferation under a second Trump term. He has stated he “encourages” Putin to invade Europe. They will have no other choice but to all seek nuclear weapons.

Yet Trump supporters fail to accept that is the rational result of his foreign policy.

So anyone would be an improvement.

My complaints were minimal under Trump in general.

Nuclear proliferation? Everyone said that when he got into office and we never came close to it. We are more closer to that now then under Trump. What is your issue with his foreign policies exactly? Leaving Nato or telling countries they need to pay us somehow for protection? Either way facts are certain nations didn't make the moves they are making today out of fear of our nation and they didn't want to take that pepsi challenge. Now with weaker leadership they all at it again.

We all know war in general is a billion if not more dollar industry that benefits the powers above. Defense contracts and military aid in general is a huge ponzi scheme. My belief is Trump knew that and to keep certain people/companies happy spent tons of money in the defense department without actually going to war to keep them happy. It seems to me that obviously wasn't enough.

Regardless, if you truly feel this nation in general is and has been doing better under this administration vs the last there really isn't nothing more to talk about because we obviously live in two different worlds.

Got any suggestions?
530 suggested abandoning Trump and Biden. My suggestion as well.

We know why Biden is still around, he’ll beat Trump. He’s done it before.

Trump has lost republican voters since 2020…..still has a popular vote in the Republican Party, but the party can’t win a national election with him.

Yesterday was a disaster for Trump. He now has $500 million in judgments ( plus interest), and either way, he’s losing control of those assets. He knows how it works, he got $620k today from a /Pornstar named Stormy Daniels. 😉

Trump makes a lot of bad decisions. Let's see how much the “hush money trail” is going to cost him….probably more than the $620k he got from the pornstar.

Once again, you are as full of shit as Joe Biden's diaper.

you know full well that what Trump said was that the other members of NATO needed to live up to their treaty obligations if they expect the US to protect them. that means they need to spend 2% on defense. if they do this, Trump says he will stand behind them.

it will be cheaper for all the countries except France to spend the 2% instead of developing nukes. So your bullshit realpolitik swill is complete garbage. You just hate Trump because he cost you money. Probably threatened to deport your "poolboy" too..

No trump can't fix everything. Not really what I expect of him. I want him to shake up, stir the pot and toss out any floaters.

But he can go and fix some stuff also. Kinda like he did last time.

I think I could handle trump inflation and cost of living more than any one you would pick.

🤣

Jones, 76, has been serving as a monitor at the Trump Organization since November 2022, when she was appointed by New York State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron to oversee certain financial matters at the company. The appointment came shortly after New York Attorney General Letitia James brought civil fraud charges against Trump and members of his family, accusing them of ripping off banks and insurers by routinely misstating the value of their properties.

“Ripping off banks and insurers” 🤣

Pretty sure the banks got paid back and insurers charged more on “overvalued assets.”

🖕 Commies and TDS nerds who support it.

actually, it is not. amazing how many people parrot that untrue fact yet no one looks it up. kind of explains the current situation we are in.

Have you seen the democratic voters in California, look in a mirror 😉

I don’t live there, only bought two boats in the 1980’s from there, and occasionally work in the state.

Never voted democrat, yet I never voted for Trump. I’ve been a registered Republican since I turned 18. You can’t say that about Trump.

😉

He's a patriot, you don't see that?
Court after court ruled he didn’t win the election yet he tried to stop certification of the election. Even though he disagreed, how are these the acts of a patriot who respects the constitution and the rule of law?

Russia, Russia, Russia.

I work with democrats like you, they knew that Trump was going to win, they were so excited when their party stole the election, yes that is what they said and now they want the truth to come out about the stolen election. They now want Trump back, they are going to vote for him this time around because their wallets are lighter under biden, yes they are voting with their wallets because that's how they feed their family.

Do you know what class keeps this country afloat?

Trump loves America, you don't and neither do democrats, that's why they hate RFK and won't give him protection RFK loves America as well.

An individual who tried to strip every American of their rights and liberties provided under the constitution “loves America”?

I’m at a loss on why that makes someone love America or why anyone would be so afraid of America and its institutions that they think they must relinquish all their rights and liberties in order to “love” America.

Weird.

"Court after court!" "What a piece of work." Usually reserved for "Nasty!" women, in this instance the shoe fits.
Cry harder, Bitch.
