He had no problem when Gore tried to overturn the election . Guess if your a conservative it's a insurection . And ok if you are liberal .
My history may be a little fuzzy but I thought that Gore accepted the outcome of the court cases and conceded?

Can you post up Trump's concession after the courts rulings? 👍👍

Thanks,

“I accept the finality of the outcome, which will be ratified next Monday [Dec. 18] in the Electoral College,” Gore said. “And tonight, for the sake of our unity as a people and the strength of our democracy, I offer my concession.”

He may not have conceded . But I don't see how not conceding can be construed as an insurection or in any way strip every American of their rights and liberties provided under the constitution .

If Trump and his mob would have been successful and he remained in power, we wouldn't have a constitution or any rights and liberties. The Republic would have been over as the winner of the election, as determined by the states and affirmed by the courts, would not have had power transferred to him. We would no longer have three functioning branches of government, only an executive branch taken over by an unelected individual that had seized power.

Who would assure one's rights and liberties without all three functioning branches of government? Who would a citizen turn to when this unelected "leader" sent his people to arrest a political enemy or someone who disagreed with him? To think they would take power and then go back to losing court case after court case belies the obvious. Trump would have thereafter been a dictator subject to no check or balance. And all us citizens would have to choose between becoming his subjects or fighting for what remained of America.

An individual who tried to strip every American of their rights and liberties provided under the constitution “loves America”?

I’m at a loss on why that makes someone love America or why anyone would be so afraid of America and its institutions that they think they must relinquish all their rights and liberties in order to “love” America.

Weird.

Mister wonderful Kevin O Leary just stated he will no longer invest in New York properties dispite Gov. Hocals promise New York would not prosecute other property owners like they did to Trump! Hocal just said the secret out loud, this was a planned attack on Trump and his business interests in NY. People are already leaving NY in record numbers and this ruling against Trump will not help there cause. People are seeing through the Soros backed AGs and the liberal judges and prosecutors using obscure laws that have never been used or prosecuted. Quick question, where does the money go that Trump has to pay? Follow the money!

It's hilarious that you can write this unironicly.

It just shows how completely intentionally blind you are to the reality of this world. Or more likely, that you see exactly what is happening and you are trying to stir mud to hide it.

Objectively even you can admit all your complaints will not be solved under either one.

So I’m pretty much open to anyone else.

Quite frankly what worries me the most is massive nuclear proliferation under a second Trump term. He has stated he “encourages” Putin to invade Europe. They will have no other choice but to all seek nuclear weapons.

Yet Trump supporters fail to accept that is the rational result of his foreign policy.

So anyone would be an improvement.
I think we can all agree we are closer to nuclear war now under Biden than Trump on multiple continents.

Are you suggesting Trump has been denied due process? No one in the history of the courts has been given so much leeway in defense arguments, conduct by his attorneys and his own personal conduct in court.

Any other defendant would have long ago been in jail for such conduct.

Do you believe that his current judgement and case was fair to begin with? You have people and business owners who many aren't even fans of Trump publicly saying this case was not only a joke but a political attack. As it's been stated already in here this long term will effect the state of New York economy. When businesses and investors see something like this they pick up and move as you have suggested people do here on the boards when they don't like something that's happening in their home state.

Which one. There are over a dozen criminal and civil cases going on at the same time?

Hard for me to imagine they are all made up. Seems to be a pattern here.

I think that anyone who looks at it objectively can see he committed fraud by valuing the same asset at different values as well as different physical characteristics depending upon the desired outcome. And the fraud was not immaterial but significant and willful.

I know lots of people who have done that and have been charged. From bank executives in the RTC days, to public company officers and their public filings with the SEC, to even politicians such as the governor of Arizona, who did the exact same thing; purposely carrying differing values and altering the characteristics of the asset values, in order to entice someone into a contractual relationship.

So the charges were by objective measure legitimate. As are the document charges in Florida given he refused to hand them over like all other individuals did including his own Vice President.

He is not a victim here, despite what everyone wants to portray.

If trump and his mob did an insurrection like you say.
He was still president as of j6
He could have ordered his generals to seize everything and remain in power
But some how traitor Joe became president on Jan 20 .

So was it really an insurrection?

Questioning the election . After all the bullshit most states pulled with voting rules . Because of a flu .
Any dirtbag on either side , would be questioning the election .

To me. I don’t trust one government agency or media including the court systems .

Just look at the scam NY court system pulled

Here's the bottom line, 530 doesn't believe the market is capable of valuation of assets, that sale or purchase prices are non negotiable, and that only the government can value an asset and determine what price someone can buy or sell them for. This is because he's a leftist communist hiding behind a veil of "conservativism" 🤡🤡🤡

Are you suggesting we have equal protection under the law? Are you suggesting that federal prosecutors and courts are treating the 5-29 defendants the same as the J6 defendants? What is the difference? They took place a mile and a half apart. I mean, in one, the insurrectionists set fire to a guard post, destroyed fencing, launched projectiles are federal officers, injuring over 50, and forced federal officials to be evacuated or moved to bunkers. The other was J6.

So do we have courts that treat people fairly? Or do we have courts that are used to enforce political ideology?

Do we have a congress that is acting as a check on the executive? When was the last time they actually used the power of the purse to curtail executive action? Like 1982? So forget that.

What we have now is a career government who are completely unaccountable, they cannot be voted out because they are not elected, they are career. They do whatever they want, they jail whoever they want, they fine whoever they want, and no one can do anything, because they have the monopoly on violence. Try disputing the law with your local police officer, even when you are right. You will always lose, even if you record them, making it up as they go along. Now take the FBI. They somehow have made it illegal to record them, even though the Supreme Court says it is legal to record government officials in the course of their duties. So it is your word against the word of the government, before the government, against a government funded prosecutor, enforced by government funded guns.

We have no rights or liberties anymore. And you know it. This was made crystal clear when the Supreme Court refused to hear Texas v Pennsylvania. This was a clear case of original jurisdiction, in a dispute between states over the clear text of the constitution. When that was ignored, the constitution became worthless. Or are you only ok when the correct voters are disenfranchised?

So spare me the bullshit. Your statement was about how Trump was going to weaponize the government, not about whether or not Trump had received due process. But since you are going there, remind us again about the part where Trump got a trial about whether or not he had committed fraud. When were those arguments heard? Did Trump present evidence on whether or not he actually committed fraud? Or did the Judge declare that he was guilty, and simply hold a bench trial to determine damages, that did not go to the victims of the fraud, but instead are being used to seize property for the government.

Don't bother responding. You are so full of shit, it's fucking pointless to type this shit out. Just keep typing your lies that everything is hunky dory, if Trump would just go away....

This one again.. Straight up bullshit.

Trump did not value his properties for tax purposes. The various tax assessors did that. Those valuations are their responsibility.

The values used for the bank loans are not the tax assessed value, they are the "fair market" value. And that number is generally dictated by the bank. Now, in this case, Trump probably has more influence than the average lender on those values, but those values need to be signed off by appraisers, underwriters, and on loans that big, the girl sitting in the cubicle at the local branch is not going to sign it. It will be done by experienced, capable, credible officers of the banks.

The idea that Trump swindled Deutsche Bank out of millions because they were too stupid to know they were defrauded is hilarious. But keep lying whirlybird... I'm sure someone believes you.

Trump under penalties of law misrepresented the size, use, deed restrictions, zoning and all other sorts of data in order to fraudulently coerce banks and insurance companies to enter into financial contracts on terms favorable to him. Not his appraisers or experts, he did. Testimony from his own accountants was that he did not disclose to them, or misrepresented to them key facts and as a result they pulled their opinion on his financial statements.

That is fraud and thousands of people are convicted of it every year. Here in America you can’t knowingly attempt to misrepresent financial statements, even if you pay it back.

Our system relies on a fundamental premise that people who enter into contracts are operating under a basic level of good faith and fair dealings.

Your premise that anyone is allowed to simply lie and cheat and it is totally on the other side to catch them is exactly why this country is struggling for the old days when it was expected that people would conduct themselves with honesty and be forthright, not a system you would clearly prefer which is catch me if you can.

He got caught, and the facts are clear. His and your only possible defense of his conduct is that misrepresentation and fraud should be the fundamental standard of conduct in America and it is up to the other side to catch it.

Lololololol "Trump Coerced the banks and insurance companies"

I can't think of a more shining endorsement. If you can coerce banks and insurance companies you are operating on a god level.

"When we allow one side to cheat" you mean like the entire spygate russiagate scandal.

Holy fuck you are stupid 🤣🤣🤣

This is hilarious... So compare this to the Big Ol' flabby ass testimony and the judges ruling from last week. The defense was trying to get an exception to the attorney client privilege and brought up how Big Ol's Flabby ass had an affair which under Georgia law is still a crime (Misdemeanor) and therefore obtaining said evidence would not violate this that or the other. The judge... rightly so... said in so many terms (legal vomit) that yes, it is still on the books, but has never been charged or at least is not a charge that has been brought in decades and dismissed that argument or exception. This is exactly where the Trump loan issue should have stopped, but we all know this whole thing has nothing to do with what is actually right or wrong.

The whole thing is nonsense. I have an item I want to use as collateral and say this is the value. The lender says okay, if that is the value, here are our terms for getting the money. We both agree and enter that civil contract. As stated in the Trump case, nobody objected, and both parties held up their end of the deal. No victim on either side.
I hope all the other land and business owners in NY are paying attention.

Society has a compelling and legitimate interest in rules that discourage reckless behavior. That is why there are drunk driving laws, speeding laws and fraud laws. It is the behavior that needs to be discouraged otherwise it will be more frequently engaged in. The argument that one committed fraud but there was not harm is the equivalent of saying I drove drunk, but I didn't hit anyone.

There is a valid point that the job of an Attorney General is to prioritize its work to protect those that can not protect themselves. Deutsche Bank is certainly capable of protecting itself. But it doesn't change the fact that what he did was clearly as laid out in the trial fraudulent.

Trump and his associates keep pushing the limits and/or keep breaking the law and daring people to try to do something about it. So naturally they are. I'm sure you have been in situations where you would normally let it pass, but because the individual can't stop but continue to challenge you, you simply give him the book. Trump, his attorneys and his associates have no one to blame but themselves. The hits are going to keep coming.

Okay, now do every other Land Barron in NY or Businessman that has done the same thing... OH, that's right, they have already admitted it was only because Trump Did it and they suffer from the same TDS you do. Cops get fired and at times imprisoned for conducting investigations and making arrests based on such bias... how about we strive for equal application of the law instead of emotional outbursts and derangement.

Did anyone go to jail for the 2007/2008 crisis where there were ACTUAL victims?
Yes. Lots of people.

Operation Stolen Dreams involved 1,215 criminal defendants and included 485 arrests, 673 informations and indictments, and 336 convictions. The defendants were allegedly responsible for more than $2.3 billion in losses.

Further, consistent with the penalties against the Trump Organization, billions of civil fines and forfeitures were undertaken against companies and their management subsequent to the crisis for engaging in the same type of fraud as perpetrated by the Trump Organization and its officers.

Hahahahaha.... Show us those victims and losses again involving Trump and this case. Wasn't it the banks very own representatives that said there was no loss, no victims, and they agreed to the terms?

When do you want the government to come in and negotiate your terms on your business? And who do you chose to do it?

Wrong dumbass, this article refers to people that committed fraud with TARP funds, not that actually caused the collapse. It spells it out within the first paragraphs

"More than $400 billion in TARP funds were distributed to banks that were in danger of failing during the financial crisis. The TARP inspector general has been prosecuting cases of fraud in the use of those funds."

TARP funds came AFTER the collapse, which would be self explanatory to anyone with a couple brain cells.

Are you suggesting Trump has been denied due process? No one in the history of the courts has been given so much leeway in defense arguments, conduct by his attorneys and his own personal conduct in court.

Any other defendant would have long ago been in jail for such conduct.
You haven't been in many courtrooms have you?

Give it up guys Ole 530 has such a TDS problem he can pretzel anything to fit his narrative . The facts are all his appraisals had disclaimers attached to them . Experts , bankers , and forensic accountants all testified that they saw no intentional fraud . Let ole 530 have his fun for now . We know this will get overturned .

Exactly, the judge said "Don't Care, summary judgement you committed fraud, we are moving on to damages and fines"
