He is innocent until proven guilty. But if found guilty he has threatened the judge and his family so I suspect sentencing will be interesting given it is the judge who has wide latitude in sentencing.

Isn't that ironic. The law twisted in attempt to jail the leading opposition candidate. While Supreme Court judges lives are threatened, a perp is arrested in an actual attempt to harm a Justice. Demonstrations there were unlawful, nothing done.

They literally cannot put him in a regular prison, with his legally required SS detail. Who knows maybe a very public standoff between the SS and NYPD? He'll eventually win on appeal, but until then it's a clown show. Regardless of what happens with Trump, Biden has assured us going forward the President and his lapdog AG will prosecute and harass his political opponents and their supporters. The law is dead in America......just look at the Epstein case.

Probably shouldn’t be a felony in Arizona to perform an abortion on a minor child who was violently raped and made pregnant by her father, but it is and many support it. 🤷

Interestingly the judge did not say Trump could not go to the graduation. He tabled the request and stated that it would depend upon how the trial is going with respect to the schedule.

Trump flat out lied about that issue and his sheep have blindly followed incapable of objective thought or independent analysis.
