The treaty strarts at the 60th southern parallel. That's 300 miles from Antartica. Its all quite interesting and worth a deeper dive if you have the time. You're assuming the hair is free to move as it sees fit. Looks to me like it has been pulled back with some sort of product (makes sense, would perpetually be in your face without).

The stuff floating around at 1:45 is a better indicator.

You're assuming the hair is free to move as it sees fit. Looks to me like it has been pulled back with some sort of product (makes sense, would perpetually be in your face without).

The stuff floating around at 1:45 is a better indicator.

On my large desktop monitor, it's easy to see the hair of both ladies react to the initial 'Action' of movement and follow up with a modest 'Reaction' or rebound. Plus let's not overlook various hair types and they're variations in thickness and stiffness. In this case the redhead's hair seems to react more easily to motion.
In object in motion stays in motion would only apply to the entire body being propelled away with no tether. The hair is tethered to the head and as such experiences a 'Reaction" as can be seen.
In other words, once again he's embarrassing himself.
