Went to beautiful Catalina Island last weekend.

Haven't been since I was a kid.
Hit the bars Friday night and had a great time.

Spent Friday and yesterday showing my truck some love.

This stuff is supposed to be close to ceramic coating. We'll see if it really lasts a year. I'm very happy with the finished results. Not to difficult to apply.

My grandson Dominic graduated Navy boot camp on Friday. Mom and Stepmom were able to attend; the boys watched the live stream from a restaurant down the road. Lots of memories as I marched across these parade grounds 38 years ago. He shipped out for Pensacola at 0300 Saturday so we came home a day early. He's an E2, Airman Apprentice, with schooling for parachute rigging. This rate also has several other opportunities like survival rescue training.

We went to Gordon Ramsay's Steak in the Paris hotel in Vegas. I expected mediocre, but damn, that dinner ranked right up there with some of the best I've had. We both really enjoyed it!

I take a lot my customers to steak dinners in Vegas. If you go off the strip try Del Frisco's. Top 3 all time for me

I love Del Frisco's. We were at the one in Vegas in April and at the one in San Diego in August. Great restaurant!

I got on webcam about an hour back and watched em all get off docks and head out.... like herding kittens at first till they figured out which way to go.... little backed up with all that long glass hovering but now they're out and doing that thing DCB does.... go fast. Vids to come I'm sure.

This was a picture from a couple of years ago at my Duck Club. This was outside the Yolo Bypass on the back side of Dixon, off Hwy 80 in Northern California. Dixon is a small town between West Sacramento and Vacaville.
