I didn't realize it was bent, but as soon as I pulled the boot I knew it was expensive. It's actually twisted, bent and cracked, definitelynot plunging anymore. Would've been a shitty first trip with the car broken down with the wife and a 2 year old.

Definitely good thing you checked. That would of sucked to break first trip out. I have been kicking around the idea of replacing my axles. there visually is nothing wrong with them but I dont know how old they are and it would suck to break one and it would be nice to have spares incase i did. Got to love the toys.

F'd around and put a bel air in my life. 2 owner car always been in same city it was originally purchased in. Fully restored some years back just never finished the interior, upgraded engine/trans but been sitting for awhile need to work the bugs out
