My wife was cleaning out a closet and ran across an XXL Hotboat shirt that was never worn.

Don’t even know how I got an XXL as I’ve never worn that size, but tried it on and it still looks like a night shirt that goes down past my butt... lol. No wonder I never wore it.

Thank you for your effort but this is not my boat. Mine sold new at the LA boat show in 1999 it is also a open bow not a closed bow. I attached a couple pics to see if you can spot it in another issue.

Yes please!!!!! it was either late 2001 or early 2002 my HTM was on the cover and they did a write up on it. I had that issue 8 or 9 years before I owned my boat and I'd love to have that article!

Wow!!! Thank you so much!! I have not been on the forums much lately so I just saw this. That’s really cool of you. I know this is an old thread, I tried so hard to find a model closest to my 210 Open Bow with B1 out drive and a merc racing 377 scorpion. Being a spaz that I am I gave you a jet boat reference issue. I am really sorry. I’m curious if you have put them all away and if not I’d like to continue to try to find the right issue from between 99 and say 2003 that has something close to my set up.( 2000 - 210 BR with 377 blue scorpion 377 hp I believe) I am offering gladly to pay say 100 bucks for an issue that is close to mine. I’d be over the moon if they tested a blue scorpion. I appreciate your willingness to take the time already for a stranger. So thank you

Maybe some inmate can help - in one edition there were two of the same Cole hulls one with an I/O the other with a V drive - both sporting an identical turbocharged power plants.

It was eye opening the efficiency difference below and above 100MPH in terms of measured boost to attain said speed.

The trimmable I/O ruled the lower range and the V the upper.

There were absolutely huge difference between the two .

Id pay money to get a reprint of that.
