I buy most of my fittings and hose from G&J Aircraft in Ontario. They are close to me. If they don't happen to have some of the items I need I'll order from Summit Racing.Where do you source your lines and fittings? I'm planning to redo mine this winter.
Thank you! It is getting closer to that pointLooks awesome nick , water test soon yea ???
Thank you! I have had good luck so far with the last 3 boats I have had and running the black braided hoselooks terrific brother, super clean... when using the black braided line gents be very careful there are a few brands that get brittle super fast. I was wanting to do my Day Cruiser in all black and was talked out of it, at the time the good black braided lines were 2x to 3x the cost. I source all my stuff from Deering Indsutries, I have known Mitch since I was a kid, if you know him he can be polarizing for sure but the dude knows his stuff. He is the one that turned me off of the black line, actually ran into him at the Long Beach circle races and he grabbed me and took me to a boat that was on the trailer, beautiful wood decker just redone and all the black lines were hard as a rock... also you have to use Teflon for fuel anymore don't chance it.
I have had good luck with the black braided lines as well. I changed everything over on the sand car last year and have no issues. The boat will be next as the old SS lines age out.Thank you! I have had good luck so far with the last 3 boats I have had and running the black braided hose
