How did she look in the water?

It looked badass! Been along time since ive seen it in the water.:thumbsup

I like the look of the side panel. I think it completes the inside. Im not sure ive ever seen one without side panels. I also like the feel of carpet on the feet. Im already gonna be a nut job on trying to keep the floors clean and not scratch them, so having the floors done where everyone is putting there feet is gonna drive me crazy. Here is what jimmy's boat looks like with side panels and 4 buckets. I may even have my side panels continue farther to the back of the boat.

I would bring the side panels all the way back or have Pats drop the handrail and finish the the inside of the boat above the tanks...

Carl I think it is just the angle of the pic. I don't think it's gonna be an issue though!

SFV2RVR,

Any pics of the Cav Plates?

Boat looks great!

Brent

Brent all the hardware for the cav plates is off right now. Having some bushings made for the pillow blocks, and everything needs to be polished and assembled still. I will post some pics when its going together.

Looks god Marc :thumbsup
Who polished the plates ?

Thanks Glenn. The plates were polished a while back at rainbow polishing which I believe isn't around anymore. Stan at Schiada uses a place called kaleidoscope polishing in long beach for all of his polishing.

Nice! Front and back L brackets on a 1/2" center plate , plus the braces close to the box braced to the stringers. Fuggin sturdy chit man!! That guy does nice work! :thumbsup To bad that purdy v-drive will be under the floor! Thats a shame!

Not putting a floor in marko. The whole center section is gonna be exposed and im not running a hatch either.

WOW this deal is very nice super clean set up and rigging, and I thought your boat was nice before you did all this. It is no wonder this brand holds so much resale value when they all strive for perfection such as this one. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind, on your four port fuel regulator it looks like a sending unit where the psi gauge port is is this because you are running an electrical gauge vs a fuel line to the dash or is this some sort of low psi shut off deal so the motor does not go lean if you lose a fuel pump/PSI. And second what is the lines going to the carb boxes for, oil cooling or is it water to cool the charge :headscratch:. Thanks.

Thanks Sawtooth! Ya its a sending unit for the electric fuel pressure gauge, and the lines for the carb boxs is for oil cooling.
