I LOVE THE ELVIS BOAT!! I don't think I'd rerig anything!

The 350 is getting tired, as is some of the hardware. I tell my buddy he needs to take advantage of all the NASCAR know-how in NC and have a badass smallblock built.

Elvis puts in his hours. The first owner, and myself, and now my buddy all used it to ski, a lot. Course running, believe it or not. Elvis is on the water four to five days a week, sometimes twice a day before and after work.

If you look close behind the driver's seat you'll see the end of the boom mount, for getting the kids up on the water. And there's also a ski pylon extension for wakeboarding.

Dave, please start another thread in the pics / project section.. I'd like to see more pics of this boat if they are available. What power? Speeds? Pics on the trailer, etc.. etc.. Any under cabin shots? All the details man..

Here's our 09 21RC on it's way to Lee's shop for upholstery woodwork. It's going to have a full engine hatch, rear bench seat and two front bucket seats, then it goes back to Parker to pull the motor and all to get everything polished and anodized

Here's our blue/white 21RC on our lake in Alaska. Engine hatch wasn't on for the photo.

I know which place he's in.. but they just bought the house and I haven't seen a boat there yet (I haven't been out in awhile though)

All the times that I have been there so far they haven't had a boat on the dock yet. that's not to say they didn't have one there when I wasn't there.

Hey rd my friend Jeremy n I meet you over the Parker 425 weekend. my father n grandpa got the boat from a guy up in napa ca about 6 years ago. The previous owner had bought it from a guy in Parker awhile ago. And Yes the boat has got a whipple on it.

MY FIRST SCHIADA!!!!!! 21RT




The first Schiada Regatta in Ages is where I had my first chance to see this many schiadas in one spot and I had the urge to change my boat the way I like it! I talked to Lee and we took a direction. A complete redo!!! Below is the end result. Somewhat same pattern as another with different fading and shading!






I love this picture!! The boat ran extremely Dry!

I pitted for him a few times in GN racing. Super guy IMHO. Always very nice to me. Said he but the boat for ski racing but couldn't stand the people...
If it's his boat I think I remember it had a very thin deck.

Don't know the history of the boat. Knew Sherwood, unless I'm confusing him with someone else, from his background in auto racing. Vintage Motorsport even did an article on him a long time ago. He just told everyone to be very careful with the deck because it was very thin. Naturally, everyone tested it...

Yeah Blue Jay Bay across from Totem Pole Point. Family has had the house and dock since the lake was built and the Schiada been up there for six years now maybe seven.

That looks like the Kahn boat called "Pretty Woman"... rode in that boat a few times. Here's a pic in her race days (assuming it's the same boat).

I could be wrong, but I am almost positive it was called "Pretty Woman" when the Kahn's had it. I've seen the boat around Arrowhead the last few years.

Now days, it's got nothing on it. Big hats off to my father for pulling the trigger on this one. Bought the boat less motor and trans, then it was sent up to Carson for a 540TT. Both of my uncles have Schiadas on the lake as well. I'll have to dig up some motor photos.

I was hoping to snatch one at some point but with this economy I'm stuck on the sidelines.
