For what it's worth since I've been browsing 28 ICC Daytona's, the ones putting up the best MPH have had neutral extension boxes and -1 lowers from what owners have been posting. At least with 496HO's and 525EFIs.

I agree. One thing I like about the 525EFIs is that I can add Whipples if I get bored after some seat time. With the 496HO's and Ilmors, stock is best. I have noticed that Maxed Out Marine seems to list boats that fit what I'm wanting :D
