No way. That 244mph run will last a very long time imo. This year the favorite should be Win's 50 Mystic. I heard on here that both Predator Skaters will be there. Not sure if there's a big hp 388 in attendance? I haven't seen the list, but I'll be watching Mr. Teague on the livestream coverage all weekend.[emoji106]

The Tomlinson boat aka "My Way" is alleged to be coming out with some heat.

If "My Way" does not show then Win should be able to capture the Top Gun.

I sure hope a couple of turbine boats show up. That would make for an exciting Shootout.

Probably be close between Low Altitude and The Recycler. There's a few Skaters showing up with big Goodwin power. Nauti-Marine has been out this week but I don't think Dave is running it. I've heard My Way isn't coming but you never know.

Honestly, I think 200+mph piston power is going to get the Top Gun trophy this year.

Captain Ron's is the host, bar and restaurant. Mile marker 35.5 . It is almost the end of the track.

The best place to view if you don't have a boat is the Celebration cruise boat that they ferry people to from Captain Ron's.

The two bars which are the best to see the boats would be Captain Ron's and H. Toads.

You are not going to see any part of the course from Rons it would have to be by boat or a residence over looking the course or by air . If your going to LOTO you better have a boat or its going to suck . Not going to make it this year we just got back from Havasu for the first time ever .

Pretty sure it is, just saw a video on FB and the Vette boat is there also with the Ferrari in front of it.

Highs in the mid 80's and lows in the 60's. It's usually much hotter this time of year.

Obviously a boat is the only way to go but how does one get to loto to spectate and go to all the other events? Where do you fly into? Best place to stay?

You can drive to all the stuff going on but viewing the races are best done by boat.

You can fly a major airline into St. Louis or Kansas City and rent a car to drive down. My good friend is flying his Cessna into the Osage Beach airport a mile from my lake pad to come watch the races this weekend. It's only about a 45 minute flight for him from St. Louis.

Best place to stay is probably Camden on the Lake resort. Alot of the out-of-town heavy hitters stay there.
