Do you guys honestly think that will fly with Robby? Maybe it isn’t welded but I highly doubt any customer would get a car like that. I know most are skeptical, but I think Robby is trying to deliver the best car he can.
25” on the Speed versus 22.25”/24.5” wheel travel on the Pro R. The problem I have is the Pro R claims 27”/29” which is usable travel: full droop to chassis bottom. I personally like my spine.
I agree It should be compared to the pro R since the Pro R is the best on the market currently. On paper they are very similar in weight and HP. What I want to see is if the speed's hydraulic power steering and shocks are better and if it handles better. The speed car does have much better...
If it was the #18 car, that he did the walk around next to the X3, its one of the production test cars out of the batch of 12 just delivered. He said he will be beating on it all week to make sure one last time things are a go.

I had a blown carbed 496 in it that Eliminator originally rigged. Previous owner lived at elevation and motor gave him trouble so he had this dropped in. so yes not a bone stock 525 but runs great.
