Did a awesome Express Powell turn around today.

Antelope to bullfrog and San Juan as well as up Escalante. And a bunch of canyons in between. Almost 5 hours of running , 230 miles

Looks like the wind picked up a lil in the afternoon & the DW ate it up.

I remember in probably '83 or '84 with the extreme high water, talking to our buddies , through La Gorce Arch. Water about 2 feet below the saddle... The Escalante is fabulous with the higher water...

It’s always awesome when Norcal and SoCal Church gets together. We had a crushing two day session!

War Canoe and Lake Pal made the long long trek to Havasu. Those boys had almost 20 hours of driving. Then I do the easy part. Fly.

After a three year hiatus we finally got back on Powell! We always go from Wahweap and park the houseboat in Last Change for the week. Would love to have a go fast boat and see the North End. Thanks for all the pics!

Here is a video of some guys I foil with. I believe there is footage of the same Canyon with the "Window" like you posted above. They launch out of Bullfrog.

Went back up .14' yesterday, maybe it will be a slow decent. Anyway as I'm sure you know, 18' better than last year, and we can just pray for another banning year, in fact a whole string of them.

Just got back to civilization with Internet. What an incredible day. Rolled another 150 miles. Escalante. San Juan. Bunch of canyons in between.
