Evaporust worked well for me removing rust from the XT225 tank on the bike I just sold. Just make sure you buy enough to completely fill the tank. Let it sit over night and viola, rust free tank...

We have discussed going for D.S. but not sure if that's going to happen or not at this point. If we do end up going we definitely need to get together for a beer at the street party or the underground party (if there is one this year).
