Appreciate the encouragement. I haven't cheated yet. Cold turkey. No nicotine gum, patches or e cigarettes. The weight gain is gonna suck. I'm always eating now. Not getting any exercise. I'm sure ill get that back under control in a couple weeks.

Hand definitely hurts a little. Had the other hand done a couple years ago so I kinda new what to expect. Had my trigger finger fixed 33 days ago. Used to cowboy it through with a few extra smokes to keep my mind off the discomfort. Last couple days have been tough 😪.

Son got suspended from the ski team for a week today for cutting ropes.😳 like cut the ropes and dipped way, way into the woods cut the ropes. 1/4 of the team did it and got suspended. Apparently I overreacted.
