Uhhhhh, they're not the ones going around for the last 50 years starting shit all over the globe.
What? We haven't been pushing back against communist bs since Korea? Fighting proxy war after proxy war where the other side was backed by communists?

We don't start shit, IMO, but we do go clean it up and take out the garbage.

Let's try to look at it another way, could the US roll through Ukraine in a few days, if Ukraine had training and weapons also supplied by the US? Ukraine as a standalone "threat", in all actuality, is probably no more dangerous than any one state within our borders.

About two years ago the MSM was admitting that some of Russia's hypersonic missiles made it past the Ukrainian defenses. It was ok though, because "Russia only had one or two of them, and they are out now" Over the following weeks, more were used. The MSM said the same thing. They seem to use them sparingly, but in response. They get launched after successful Ukrainian attacks. My bet, Zelensky is nowhere around Kiev right now. Maybe he's in Spain at his wife's new home, or even Florida at his mother in law's.

Oh, and apparently the US allocated another 375,000,000$ to Ukraine today...after the missiles were launched I'm sure.

Think about how much nicer this planet would be without Russia, China, NoKo , Iran, etc.
Sometimes we need to look in the mirror....how much better would the world be if the CIA didn't get into everyone's business and take over countries. 911 was bullshit and just used as propaganda to start a war in the Middle East....They killed JFK because he would have never gone into Vietnam....I'm afraid those that have run our country are the problem. Hence, why they did everything to keep Trump out. Trump isn't looking to take over the world like the corporations running it at the moment.

And they’re sitting over there saying this:

911 was bullshit? Is that you, Rosie?

I’ll agree that the war on Iraq that followed was bullshit (WMD???), but 9/11 was real.

Well, we know for fact that a plane did not hit the Pentagon and it was a missile. Could the CIA have set the whole thing up? The owner of the twin towers revised the insurance for the buildings a few months before 911.

I'm definitely not Rosie, but I have researched that fiasco as well as a ton of other moments that led up to life changing events. I had some minimal experiences with billionaires that had senators and major party members on speed dial and was amazed at what could be done with a phone call. Those moments changed the way I looked at the world.

These are not mutually exclusive. I think many arguing are missing this point.
Well, we know the CIA is heavily involved in Ukraine, but the reason for Putin invading can be debated.

However, I've said it before....CIA and really Biden/Obama are heavily involved with the Gaza Strip episode. Much of this was caused by the ship that got stuck in the Suez Canal.

Stanley Dunham's distant cousins include six U.S. presidents - and another president who is Dunham's grandson: James Madison, Harry Truman, Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush, plus Barack Obama, his grandson. [20] Through a common ancestor, Mareen Duvall, a wealthy Huguenot merchant who emigrated to Maryland in the 1650s, Dunham is related to former Vice-President Dick Cheney (an eighth cousin once removed).[6]Through Duvall and another common ancestor, Hans Gutknecht, a German Swiss from Bischwiller, Alsace whose three sons resettled in Germantown, Pennsylvania, as well as the Kentucky frontier in the mid-18th century, Dunham is President Harry S. Truman's fourth cousin, twice removed.[21][22][23] Dunham and Wild Bill Hickok are sixth cousins, four times removed, through Jacob Dunham.[24]

Ok, maybe the Rosie thing was a bit much.

As to the pentagon and the missile, I’ve seen that stated, but I haven’t seen anything conclusive. That Facebook post could easily be fake, and I believe it is.

As to the insurance change, my wife once ordered a new Porsche, and shortly thereafter her Lexus that she was tired of was totaled by an engine fire. The insurance company paid more than we thought we could sell or trade it for. I’m sure that looked like insurance fraud too.

I’m sure billionaires and politicians do pull off plenty of illegal and immoral activity regularly. A good example is all the lawfare BS Trump and his associated have had to put up with. Billionaires, politicians, and agencies may even have been involved in 9/11. I just don’t think the planes hitting the towers were faked, nor that a missile hit the pentagon.

This is like arguing about the moon landing, so we should probably agree to disagree. Besides, I could be wrong. 🫤

Can you please offer evidence besides a meme that Stanley Dunham was a CIA agent? I looked it up and all I can find is that he was a furniture salesman everywhere they moved to. I'm not sure what the distant familial relationships have to do with anything. I'm related to Laura Ingalls Wilder, Thomas Edison, and Robert Fulton. Probably numerous other famous people since my 10th great-grandfather came over in the early 1600s and I have relatives who fought in the American Revolution. Is that a big deal to say that someone is a sixth cousin-four times removed?

Funny thing about relations. Pops was mexican...apparently mostly...in his tree previous to the Texas roots were Virginia Confederate types...including one that was questioned in Booth's escape. Mom's side had Lewis Kingman as her great grandfather.

But I have no relation to any presidents or royalty...it sucks 🤣

According to a 2003 study, about 1 in 200 men in the world may be descended from Genghis Khan:
  • Y-chromosome data
A 2003 study found that 8% of men in 16 Asian populations share nearly identical Y-chromosome sequences. This suggests that the lineage began around 1,000 years ago in Mongolia.;)🤔

Here’s a funny relationship story…One evening, my wife went to a local charity event with a friend. Her friend introduced her to another woman, and they hit it off, becoming comfortable talking with each other. As the evening progressed, the other gal told my wife about her husband’s friend who had been kidnapped as a child. My wife about choked…..Turns out, her cousin was the “brains” of the kidnapping. Small world.

All the democrats were saying that Trump would start WWIII, but it’s Brandon. Who the fuck is running things to give these orders to Ukraine to go ahead and use those missiles? Brandon is in the rain forest, the hyena is in Hawaii. Are there no checks and balances? Brandon is running on 3 cylinders and his inner circle is allowing him to make this life changing decision? I want to know who is running the store??? Fuck protocol, Trump needs to talk to Putin and Zelenskyy ASAP and get this war ended before someone makes a move that can’t be undone.

Can anyone imagine Zelensky giving up part or all of his country to Putin as well as those Ukranians who live in that area to become subjects of Putin losing all their property rights, economic assets and anything else they worked their lives for? Zelensky simply washes his hands of the 400,000 Ukrainians that have given their life defending Ukraine from an invading country? Washes his hands of the massive destruction of Ukraine's infrastructure?

Or could anyone imagine Putin, knowing full well that the US is going to abandon Ukraine and leave its defense to the balance of Western Europe, pull back his troops and wash his hands of the 725,000 russians lost in this conflict?

A vast majority of the land "lost" by Ukraine is populated by people who are ethnic Russian. Second class citizens to those in Kiev. Most those that live there would join with Kenya if it got them out of Ukraine. Here in lies the rub, those lands are (were) the best farm lands and also mineral rich areas. The government wants the dirt, and doesn't care how many residents die there. They had made statements for years, they would like to kill all the Russians, and repopulate the land with their own "pure blood". (Sounds vaguely familiar 🤔 )

The only reason Zelensky won't give in, he's instructed and paid not to. "Someone" will back his ouster as well when this is over. They will build another puppet to regain trust of the people there. He "won" the election on a promise of unity and ending the war that was ongoing. He'll only be there a bit more.

In broad terms the region that Putin is going to get (Crimea, parts of Donetsk and Luhansk) are very sympathetic to Russia. So much so - that if Russia were to walk away today; a civil war would be in process by the weekend.
Those 400k Ukrainian that died so far; have been a sickening waste.... and their blood is on the hands of a few 'academics' in the US state department.

I don't know a single one person there anymore, they all left once the war started so I have no idea what the real story is about those lands.

But just as an objective observer, 400,000 Ukranians gave their life for that "lost" land. And I am hard pressed that they themselves, their families and their loved ones believe it was in vain, or was really Russian land?

But maybe it is so simple, and it gets solved in 24 hours as promised. 🤷‍♂️

400k is a sickening number, and sadly, a very optimistic number. Even if that number was the current, confirmed, KIA's, there are probably a sickening number more either listed as deserters, or not reported, whose bodies still lay in the fields and ruins.

I knew, possibly still know, two gentlemen from the Mariupol area. One was in what I would best describe as a village. He'd be near 70 I'd guess, farmer type. I met him through the automotive realm. Set him up with an alternator manufacturer in China...easy to stick a GM one wire on everything. Much cheaper than the factory stuff, and easier to get. Met him just as stuff was going south there (summer of '12), but kept in touch here and there. The other I met through cars as well. He had a repair shop in Mariupol proper. I haven't been able to contact either for a long time.
Oh, and they both primarily spoke Russian, and didn't care for being told not to.

Many of the people in Eastern Ukraine speak Russian and would prefer to be part of Russia, based on multiple sources I've read.

They didn't 'give' their lives. They were ordered to fight.
Im a 4th gen Canadian but my paternal side emmigrated from not too far from this area (Georgia) at the same time that many, many Ukrainians came (right around 1900).
I know many Russians and many Ukrainians that are a result of this influx (almost anyone who's white in Rural Western Canada).
I can tell you that there's zero animosty between the two groups here because it's understood -- this specific ground where the fighting is happening - is Russian.

Then it is all a misunderstanding and will be easily resolved in 24 hours. 🤷

Doesn’t seem that way to me but time will tell.

I suppose to some extent you’re correct. But, I also recall that when this episode of war kicked off, many Ukrainian men were attempting to exit the country, and the government declared men of a specific age range couldn’t leave. How many of those 400k were drafted and forced to risk their lives?
