And, I was totally vetted by Interpol, CIA, my mugshot and fingerprints were taken. You keep blaming legislation and talk about reform like that's really the problem. Let's put the H1b topic to the side for a moment and address the actual immigration issue. The issue is we have an open border right now period. When border patrol is instructed to escort people over and cut down fences and so on that we all have seen over the last four years what does legislation matter at that point. The actual law isn't being upheld and people in certain power are committing treason. You have asylum loopholes and courts being tied up and most of these people don't show up and ride under the radar as long as they can. So I guess before blaming legislation or talking about reform let's get back to basics and secure the border and run people through the point of entry like they should and go from there.
The border patrol is following the orders of the executive branch in charge at the particular time. And the law unfortunately allows the executive branch that latitude.
