"No further public information is available in either of the cases"

Reeeeding is not your strong suit 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

You posted a story that literally says nothing
Says this…..

“Every one of Plaintiff’s witnesses — and for that matter, Defendants’ witnesses as well — was asked about any personal knowledge of both intentional misconduct and intentional misconduct directed to impact the 2022 General Election,” the judge wrote in his decision. “Every single witness before the Court disclaimed any personal knowledge of such misconduct. The Court cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence.”

And this…..

The court wrote that Lake provided no evidence that more than 35,000 ballots were illegally inserted into the count, and therefore sanctions were warranted since Lake’s attorneys knowingly “made false factual statements” in the lawsuit.

And to your tweet, this…..

In a second trial, they pivoted from their claims of intentional fraud to the theory that Maricopa County conducted no signature verification on early ballots, an assertion that Lake’s own witnesses refuted.

You can’t make speculative filings to a court. That is an ethical violation. Same rules for everyone as you seek.

Borrelli says that hand counting ballots is legal and can be done efficiently.

But Borrelli’s claims that hand counting is legal are in direct conflict with an October decision from the Arizona Court of Appeals that said counties don’t have the authority to order hand full hand counts.

That decision came after Cochise County ordered a hand count in the 2022 general election and Cochise County Superior Court barred the county from doing so. The county appealed that decision but the appeals court ultimately agreed with the trial court.

NOOOOOOOOO you can’t catch us cheating with our machines, NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Isn’t that right scumbag? 🤣

This is yet another example of the Federal government telling a state how to run its elections. The power to oversee elections clearly belongs to state legislatures, not Federal courts, "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof" Article 1 Section 4 Clause 1

This particular case will definitely be heading to the Supreme Court

Maybe it's time The Congress start Impeachment judges who legislate from the bench.

Not enough to change the outcome... No standing!!

He was running a congressional campaign for Iowa's 4th Congressional District and finished third.

After Taylor’s husband lost in the primary, he ran for Woodbury County Supervisor in the 2020 general election and Taylor again engaged in ballot fraud, causing absentee ballots to be fraudulently requested and cast, according to the Justice Department. He ultimately won election to the Woodbury County Board of Supervisors that fall.

Prosecutors said Kim Phuong Taylor, a Vietnam immigrant, approached numerous voters of Vietnamese heritage who had limited English comprehension then filled out and signed election forms and ballots on behalf of them and their English-speaking children.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FILLED OUT BALLOTS FOR OTHERS IN THE 2020 ELECTION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CAUGHT YET?

Kim Phuong Taylor submitted or caused others to submit dozens of voter registrations, absentee ballot request forms, and absentee ballots containing false information, prosecutors said.

She completed and signed voter forms without voters’ permission and told others that they could sign on behalf of relatives who were not present, the Justice Department said. (Per: Fox News)

BUT DON’T WORRY YOU CAN FEEL TOTALLYYYY SAFE WITH THE ELECTIONS AND 2020 DEFINITELYYYY WAS NOT RIGGED SMH…

More than 20% of voters who used mail-in ballots in 2020 admit they participated in at least one form of election fraud.

A new national telephone and online survey by Rasmussen Reports and The Heartland Institute finds that 21% of Likely U.S. voters who voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election say they filled out a ballot, in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child, while 78% say they didn’t.

Thirty percent (30%) of those surveyed said they voted by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2020 election. Nineteen percent (19%) of those who cast mail-in votes say a friend or family member filled out their ballot, in part or in full, on their behalf. Furthermore, 17% of mail-in voters say that in the 2020 election, they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident. All of these practices are illegal, Heartland Institute officials noted.

Seventeen percent (17%) of those who cast mail-in ballots in 2020 say they signed a ballot or ballot envelope on behalf of a friend or family member, with or without their permission. Heartland Institute officials noted that “forging a signature on a ballot or ballot envelope are fraudulent activities that invalidate votes.

This is interesting............

Today, we have evidence that a private meeting was organized by CISA officials on November 3, 2020, at 3:30 PM Eastern Time with select members of a secret “Election Security Initiative.”

This was an exclusive meeting of CISA officials and their exclusive election Partners. This was held late in the afternoon on Election Day. It reportedly lasted for a half hour.

The list includes over 200 names of individuals, government entities, private businesses, media outlets, and at least one tech giant. The list includes a curious mix of members from Dominion, ES&S, ERIC Systems, Amazon, Runbeck, Microsoft, Scytl, several Secretary of State offices, the Associated Press, Amazon, and leftist groups.

Several high-profile individuals were invited to the call, including Jennifer Morrell with The Elections Group, Ryan Macias with The Lafayette Group, Eric Coomer with Dominion, and Joselyn Benson, the controversial Michigan Secretary of State.

Close to 250 individuals were invited to the 3:30 call organized by the CISA election security infrastructure team.

The Gateway Pundit went through the list of attendees who were invited to the 3:30 PM Election Day meeting organized by CISA.

It should be noted that although we found liberal groups included on the list, we did not notice ANY conservative organizations included in the call.

In a litigation notice sent to Clark County Registrar Lorena Portillo on Tuesday, Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE) asserted that Nevada’s most populous county violated the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and several state laws by deleting most of its election-related communications after six months.

The NVRA requires states to “maintain for at least 2 years” and “make available for public inspection … all records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters.” The two exceptions to this provision are documents disclosing the identity of the government department through which any specific registrant was registered and those documenting that an individual declined to register to vote.
