One thing is clear, a lot of thought goes into some screen names!

Mine is always thatguy, WTG, was thatguy.
Don't know why.

I do have one other screen name.
"Reciprocity"...but that's for just one particular site.

Because Honey Badger don't give a shi@ Google it it's pretty funny.

There was another guy around here with that name on the back of his boat. I can't recall his name and haven't noticed him post in a while.

I'm retired from work and not in a hurry and the thing I'm enjoying the most is not having to rush to something/somewhere.
Take The Long Way Home is the idea that the more important part of life is the journey, not the destination.

Song by -Tom Waits

lyrics: I always take the long way home

Well I stumbled in the darkness
I'm lost and alone
Though I said I'd go before us
And show the way back home
Is there a light up ahead?
I can't hold on very long
Forgive me pretty baby but I always take the long way home

Money's just something you throw
Off the back of a train
Got a handful of lightening
A hatful of rain
And I know that I said
I'd never do it again
And I love you pretty baby but I always take the long way home

I put food on the table
And a roof overhead
But I'd trade it all tomorrow
For the highway instead
Watch your back, keep your eyes shut tight
Your loves the only thing I've ever known.
One thing for sure pretty baby I always take the long way home

You know I love you baby
More than the whole wide world
You are my woman
I know you are my pearl
Let's go out past the party lights
We can finally be alone
Come with me and we can take the long way home
Come with me, together we can take the long way home

I got tagged Screaming Pete after shoe horning a HP500 into a new Ultra 22 Stealth. I loved the Blue motor and I ran it like I stole it. Sometimes going through 50 gal. of fuel before lunch... One of my buddies handed me a hat that he had Screaming Pete embroidered on and so it stuck....and now "Screaming Pete's BBQ"

When we first started coming out to Havasu, people could always remember my wife Denise but could never remember me....weird, right? So it became "hey look, it's Denise and That Guy".....:skull:boobeyes:

Tell D I said Hi!! :missb:

My former board name was Rivercrazy back when I was going to the river 2-3 times per month.

I changed it a few years ago to RCDave.

I thought for sure you were from Rancho Cucamonga :p

DKahnjob My last name is Kahn. All of my boats have been named Kahn Job. When I got my first aol email account I tried to get KahnJob but it was taken, so Dave is my first name, I took Dkahnjob and have used it ever since for most accounts.

I've owned power wagons since I was 12, lots of them. I went to make a yahoo email address and power wagon was taken, but yahoo recommended pwerwagn. Little did I know 25 years later it would be another identity.

All my boats, and my dads, have been named some variant of "halfast". That woulda been a cooler email.

Roger was an alias I used in my professional life. Then some people nicknamed me, as my alias, RogerThat. So when I got my first email address in 1999, RogerThat was taken, so I used RogerThat99.

Well....I LOVE the river and have been going there since I was 6 months old. My Husband introduced me to Baja Bugs...we used to have one but sold it to fix our boat(blown engine) and I'm a chick....so there is it. riverlovinbajagirl. Even though we don't have a baja bug I still like em. :) Maybe I should change it to riverlovintruckgirl or riverlovinchevygirl....now theres an idea....

Ok, here it goes. The short version is that we at the river for my friend bachelor party, and I kind of took it over and became "that guy". My phrase for the weekend became yelling out "OHHH YAAA". I don't remember it came from, but by the second day I had completely lost my voice, but would continue to "yell" it out (in a whisper, or sometimes a wraspy tone). It's funny I see some familiar faces from Road Runner that weekend in pictures on here, but cant remember any names. I'll never forget drinking at RR with the bartenders after closing time all weekend, fracturing my thumb on a ski ride, and losing the car keys out of my pocket while skiing, and having to stay an extra day to get a new set at the dealership. An eventful 5 day weekend to say the least.

I have had my personal cell phone number since it was Airtouch wireless and I lived in San Diego. Since I wont change it, co-workers and friends here in Yuma started calling me 619er. Even started trying to talk me into a 619er, 61niner, aka619er custom licence plates, but I think it is kinda lame.
Hehe. I still have my 619 number too. Been in Phoenix 9 years. No plans to change it...

Mine is pretty easy to figure out. Back in the OG hotboat forum days, I started as Wizard29 because I had a 29' Magic. Got a 34 Magic cat and switched to Magic34... sold the first 34 cat, bought/ordered another on the way back home from delivery selling the first one... Even though the boats continued to change, figured I might as well stick with the name once I met a few of the freaks here. So Magic34 is what I use for any forum I register on, including the Formula and Sea Ray forums. It'd be Sea Ray now if I kept changing it.

It was the combination of being in charge of Monster Energy drinks in OC and the IE and my body size.
