What is “too early” for boat start-up on the Parker Strip?

She's using her chin to divert the water from her face.
The chin parts the water and creates a trough for the face to ride in.

I asked the same question that day.

Must have some pretty tough muscles in the neck and shoulders.

Your chest and chin creates a big air pocket, you can drag around al day at 15-20mph, a little faster and then your on your way up, little hard on the knads though

Staged on the beach. Pulled out headed downriver, turn back up River and pair up.
After your pass you hung out up River and waited for the whole flight, then went back down to your trailer.

He owned the house for over 30 years and his alarm clock was always the most beautiful sound. If the sun has cracked the mountains light it up. If someone doesn't like the noise they shouldn't be on the river.

I think Mike Mack's place is just north of that if I am not mistaken

Such a good looking Howard. Early Sunday morning I was down on the dock and he went cruising up river and it sounded like there was a miss as he passed by. 'bout 15 minutes later he came idling back down river, never got on plane. Looks like it was nothing.

My parents are chomping at the bit too! I know a lot of folks have been down there the last few weeks, but Mom and Dad are trying to be smart and stay home. I'll let them know you guys are heading out and maybe that will convince them to do the same. Take care of yourself and we'll see you sometime this summer!

Thats one of the great things about living in Parker, (or near the river in this area) is hearing the bad-ass engines on those boats at any time of day or night. Or the atvs, jeeps, dirt bikes, etc. Seeing them fly by is even better.
