I mean, you didn’t need this example to confirm Brandon is a huge piece of shit. Career criminal, I mean politician.
I agree, sick of seeing him shuffle around for the last few years. The Dems are a mess though. The Clintons/Obama’s have been pulling the strings. They seem to be losing control though. Best case, they continue to fight themselves. Worst case, they find a more moderate approach and figure out how to get back the moderates they lost last election cycle. The wife and I were talking about this and it was only a matter of time, we knew he was never going to keep his word. Man will I be glad when he just goes away.
Our great corrupt government we have and fundIT'S WHAT THEY DO!
LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES AND MORE LIES
Sure let’s fuck up the next four years of reality TV and dancing with the stars.Joe pardoned his son, but not himself.
Couldn’t we still go after Joe as the boss of a crime family? RICO....
I've seen many comments similar to yours. I think it's disgusting to condone criminal behavior because of familial connections. It happens all too often, and it's wrong.
In this case, it's just another incidence of enabling. Joe Biden has demonstrated he's a shitty parent, and has been a shitty parent for decades.
Of course the effective date is 1/1/2014, just before he became a board member at Burrisma! I do believe (but could be wrong) that once you are pardoned, you may not plead the 5th if called before congress to testify on the charges/convictions you were pardoned for. I hope that's correct.
You going to respond to any of the people that quoted your pass comment?Sure let’s fuck up the next four years of reality TV and dancing with the stars.
Says the guy who gleefully supports the imprisonment of J6 victims of a weaponized DOJ.A Presidential pardon is for federal crimes. It does not affect state crimes.
A federally pardoned individual is not precluded from pleading the 5th in any way as they are still subject to other criminal charges outside the federal justice system.
He doubled down in the PG.You going to respond to any of the people that quoted your pass comment?
It looks like squeezer is starting another meltdown. What will your next screen name be?

If you don't think Jill is writing the same pardon for herself, his brother, sister, Ashley, all the grandkids, the babysitter, Joe, etc, and making Joe sign it this week, before some intern drops his resignation on X, you are crazy..Joe pardoned his son, but not himself.

That's how I understand it too. Would love to see Jim Jordan tear into him.Uhhhhhhhh, pretty sure they are precluded from pleading the 5th if they have been pardoned for the crime in question, as a pardon removes the potential for self-incrimination related to that crime and therefore eliminates the basis for invoking the privilege. They are legally obligated to answer questions about the pardoned offense.
If any of the questions relating to his alleged activities could lead to any potential state crimes such as state tax evasion, state weapons crimes, state drug crimes, state crimes relating to bribery, state crimes relating to a conspiracy amongst multiple parties and/or any potential state crime that could in any way be applicable, Mr. Biden can certainly plead the fifth to those questions. That's how I understand it too. Waiting for the total meltdownHe doubled down in the PG.
Poor Shameus.
Everytime he starts to get healed he fucking snaps again.
It’s building slow right now.Waiting for the total meltdown
You mean a miss don't you? What conservative shot hunter in the head?Trump gets a pass, Biden’s son gets a pass, and the list goes on and on and on.
This is what’s called a “Swamp”
Has everything to do with politics.

Just as individuals pardoned by Trump in his last administration were later indicted on State crimes for the same activity as was federally pardoned, Hunter can also still be indicted and convicted on State Crimes as he has no pardon for them. The fifth amendment against self incrimination applies to both federal as well as state or local crimes.

There were no "state" crimes committed by the Bidens in their international graft/bribery scheme. So both Congress and the DOJ can proceed with cases against Joe, Jim, Jill, and the rest of the Biden crime family, with Hunter being the star witness. His pardon/immunity takes the 5th Amendment out of play. He can be subpoenaed to testify, give depositions, and preliminary interviews. He will HAVE to cooperate, or will be held in contempt of court/Congress (both criminal charges) plus be charged with perjury if he lies in those proceedings, or lies to the FBI in their interviews.
Nothing he did, with the exception of low level drug crimes, has any nexus to any State laws. It would be wonderfully ironic if ALL the Bidens went to prison, EXCEPT Hunter.
Yes it would be. There is always a way....does Trump just let it go or not? Thats the questionThere were no "state" crimes committed by the Bidens in their international graft/bribery scheme. The income detailed in those fraudulent federal tax returns were filed in California, where he also must have submitted state returns. Since he failed to pay $1.4 million in federal taxes, he also owed significant amounts to the state. Were those also paid late, in 2022, after Kevin Morris "loaned" him $6 million to settle the federal debt and attorney fees (along with rent for his Malibu pad and huge living expenses)? There were no "state" crimes committed by the Bidens in their international graft/bribery scheme. I get the argument and it wouldn’t surprise anyone if that sort of investigation would be pursued. It’s sort of now par for the course. There were no "state" crimes committed by the Bidens in their international graft/bribery scheme. He may still be subject to state charges on those crimes. As well as further state crimes in other states if other payments were made as have been alleged. The income detailed in those fraudulent federal tax returns were filed in California, where he also must have submitted state returns. There hasn't been two words written about those state tax liabilities. They are real. What happened to those obligations?
I believe there's a plethora of crimes across multiple state jurisdictions. If any were committed in Texas, Hunter's ass would be in a sling. In Delaware and California, there's no way he'll face the music. He may still be subject to state charges on those crimes. As well as further state crimes in other states if other payments were made as have been alleged.

Why would I respond. I’d rather just “ignore” them and move on.You going to respond to any of the people that quoted your pass comment?

There will be a lot more shit being slung before they GTFO of the WH for sure. Best thing is that Trump is a master at multi tasking and can get a lot done.....if not obstructed. As a "Captive Audience" today I was forced to listen to Hannity DAMN, He Is A CREEP) I have never known or listened to anyone who continually Brags about things he has done, said, or thought. His employees must be getting Paid greatly to Suffer through the continually repeating all his wonderful actions. ANYWAY, he feels President Trump has way too many things to repair from "Brandon's" administration that going after the Bidems is on the Back Burner.
I Don't Know About That,
Biden doesn’t always shuffle around. Sometimes he momentarily breaks into that spiffy little trot. What a giant POS. Question - Has anybody ever received a presidential pardon for charges to which they had already pled “guilty”.I agree, sick of seeing him shuffle around for the last few years. Did a quick search.Biden doesn’t always shuffle around. Sometimes he momentarily breaks into that spiffy little trot. What a giant POS. Question - Has anybody ever received a presidential pardon for charges to which they had already pled “guilty”.
Next we’ll find out why Biden chose to make this Pardon so early. What’s likely to be uncovered in the near future?
So, Roger Clinton had previously pleaded guilty. But, per your comment, none of Trump’s 144 pardons had previously pleaded guilty? Interesting. How distant was that distant family member of Trump’s? Are you referring to his SIL’s father? Wow, that’s a stretch. IMO, that’s not a family member of Trump’s. That would be his SIL’s family member.Did a quick search.
Biden isn't the first president to pardon a family member – or a top ally in his orbit. For example, former President Bill Clinton pardoned his half-brother, Roger Clinton, who had pleaded guilty to drug charges.
During his first term in office, Trump granted 144 pardons. Those included a distant family member and some of his closest allies who committed crimes ranging from financial fraud to witness tampering and more.
Any crackhead traitorous sons on both China and Ukrainian payrolls?Did a quick search.
