I mean, you didn’t need this example to confirm Brandon is a huge piece of shit. Career criminal, I mean politician.
I agree, sick of seeing him shuffle around for the last few years. The Dems are a mess though. The Clintons/Obama’s have been pulling the strings. They seem to be losing control though. Best case, they continue to fight themselves. Worst case, they find a more moderate approach and figure out how to get back the moderates they lost last election cycle. The wife and I were talking about this and it was only a matter of time, we knew he was never going to keep his word. Man will I be glad when he just goes away.
Our great corrupt government we have and fundIT'S WHAT THEY DO!
LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES LIES AND MORE LIES
Sure let’s fuck up the next four years of reality TV and dancing with the stars.Joe pardoned his son, but not himself.
Couldn’t we still go after Joe as the boss of a crime family? RICO....
I've seen many comments similar to yours. I think it's disgusting to condone criminal behavior because of familial connections. It happens all too often, and it's wrong.
In this case, it's just another incidence of enabling. Joe Biden has demonstrated he's a shitty parent, and has been a shitty parent for decades.
Of course the effective date is 1/1/2014, just before he became a board member at Burrisma! I do believe (but could be wrong) that once you are pardoned, you may not plead the 5th if called before congress to testify on the charges/convictions you were pardoned for. I hope that's correct.
You going to respond to any of the people that quoted your pass comment?Sure let’s fuck up the next four years of reality TV and dancing with the stars.
Says the guy who gleefully supports the imprisonment of J6 victims of a weaponized DOJ.A Presidential pardon is for federal crimes. It does not affect state crimes.
A federally pardoned individual is not precluded from pleading the 5th in any way as they are still subject to other criminal charges outside the federal justice system.
He doubled down in the PG.You going to respond to any of the people that quoted your pass comment?
It looks like squeezer is starting another meltdown. What will your next screen name be?

If you don't think Jill is writing the same pardon for herself, his brother, sister, Ashley, all the grandkids, the babysitter, Joe, etc, and making Joe sign it this week, before some intern drops his resignation on X, you are crazy..Joe pardoned his son, but not himself.

That's how I understand it too. Would love to see Jim Jordan tear into him.Uhhhhhhhh, pretty sure they are precluded from pleading the 5th if they have been pardoned for the crime in question, as a pardon removes the potential for self-incrimination related to that crime and therefore eliminates the basis for invoking the privilege. They are legally obligated to answer questions about the pardoned offense.
If any of the questions relating to his alleged activities could lead to any potential state crimes such as state tax evasion, state weapons crimes, state drug crimes, state crimes relating to bribery, state crimes relating to a conspiracy amongst multiple parties and/or any potential state crime that could in any way be applicable, Mr. Biden can certainly plead the fifth to those questions. That's how I understand it too. Would love to see Jim Jordan tear into him.
