Congrats. I’m staring my weight loss journey today.
Nicely done Dan..... feels great eh....I dropped 85 lbs just mostly through escaping the USA diet.... HMOs, preservatives and pesticides from what I am told.... funny how fast it dropped off with just 3 beach walks a week over a year.... the loose skin is tough to look at so I'm beginning testosterone injections this month and beginning light weight training to learn if muscle memory is a true sentiment.
Over drink??well done.
I Find that if I over drink that is when the indiscriminate eating starts. Kinda go hand in hand unfortunately for me.
HAhahahahahaha....and lol....Over drink??
I don’t understand that statement
Save money? Have you seen his replacement addiction? Milwaukee ain't cheap!I’m sure you noticed how much money you have saved also. Good job
10-15 more, i was over 360 at desert storm last year, i'm just under 260 now, i think anywhere under 250 ill be good, ill still be heavy but think that will be a good weight for me. ive seen some people lose so much that they look unhealthyWow, very impressed.
I just started Jan 1st so I have a ways to go.
You look really good now but you say you want to lose more.
What do you currently weigh and how much more are you planning on losing?
Ya, under 250 would be good, sometimes to much weight loss and people start to sick.10-15 more, i was over 360 at desert storm last year, i'm just under 260 now, i think anywhere under 250 ill be good, ill still be heavy but think that will be a good weight for me. ive seen some people lose so much that they look unhealthy

I think if you were to get loose skin you'd notice it by now .... I've never gained/ lost such weight before in my life... always a fit gym rat type at 6'5" averaging 240lbs from 25 to 60 years of age... then Covid and retirement and I stepped away from all fitness for these past 4 years... lucky you and that tight skin. Regarding the weights, just be sure to start really light and be patient not looking too quickly for results... just enjoy the process.... I have been surprised how much mass, vascularity and definition is beginning to return with only 3 days a week hitting dumbells. Good luckThankfully i really don't have loose skin, guess thats an advantage to being 6'4" but i think as i loose more that might be the case. when lose another 10 pounds i'm going to start working out,
So true... thats why I'm gonna goose it up a notch with testosterone... I miss my mass and can tell I need a jumpstart kinda nudgeMuscle memory is a thing…it’s just harder to maintain as we age.
It’s in pretty sad shape and not just because of buying the CigaretteCongrats...!
One number you neglected was the increase in your bank account from not spending your cash at the bar...! That's gotta be a big source of pride as well.
I do miss your late night posts...
I’m gonna second this. I lost 45 lbs over the summer only to put 20 back on. I too had a 100 lb goal. Need to focus and stay on it.U inspired me to continue im back on track after reading this thankyou...March 2024 I weighed 265# I got down to #210 my goal was to lose a 100# by nyd until holiday 2 months of bad eating went back to #220 10# gain not to bad but I picked up bad habits...my wife is a lil disappointed in me drinking beer cokes chips ECT.... fighting depression you got me back on track yesterday..thanks for your post helped me more than u know....thanks mouzer

?? keep what in the Cig?Need to 3D print or fab a bracket for keeping one in the Cig with the necessary tools. Just thinking outloud..
The weight loss is a heck of a thing to be proud of. It's not easy for anyone...well, except tweakers, but they don't count. When you mentioned above about not being inspirational, not true at all. From afar, here on the interwebs, a lot of us have seen you go through some trials. Starting over, changing plans...even things like dealing with illness and aging parents. Many of us can identify with those things.Thats got to be a first, me inspiring someone, i'm more like the "yeah now i know what not to do type", Hey but ill take it, actually really glad that it helps
