It's one thing cutting down on drinking and granted losing 100+ pounds is definitely a good thing but now i signed up with a gym and hired a personal trainer. wtf is wrong with me? how deep is this rabbit hole of being healthier?

I forget how are your T levels? Kind of a personal question I guess but if you’re asking about a rabbit hole that’s where it’s gonna lead

Once you start feeling good, you want to keep going til you're feeling great and then stay that way. There is no end point, its the journey that counts. Keep at it!!!!

Consistency is key. The days you don’t want to go you have to force yourself to go. Get a fitness tracker and log your workouts every day.

There’s a few people that follow my social media that wonder why I post my workout everyday. The reason is the days I don’t post a workout at least a few people will message me about it and it keeps me accountable.

Cold plunge? Sauna? Sprinkle a little TRT in there? You might feel 25 again 😂

Once you start after roughly 30 days you are hooked. It's all a good thing, glad to see you are getting so healthy hopefully going to add years onto your life.

Good to know! I’ll add to it if you miss. You posting normally makes me think I need to get my ass in gear.
