Looks like the jury is deliberating. I wonder how this is gonna go.
agreedunfortunately, I think they will convict him and will be overthrown in appeals court a year later.
During that time Biden wins the election.
TSLA to $500 right? Lol
NO, with this corrupt judge all the normal laws are out the window. I can't begin to tell you the contortions this biased judge has done. Even CNN is critical of this show trial.Since these are all charges “in the first degree” does that mean that the jury has to believe he willingly and knowingly committed a crime?
Vs. 2nd and 3rd degree being charges for crimes committed, but not necessarily knowingly or willfully?
Edit
Also the jury has to agree unanimously on each count correct?
Can he overrule a hung jury? With this corrupt judge all the normal laws are out the window. I can't begin to tell you the contortions this biased judge has done. Even CNN is critical of this show trial.
I don't believe he can go that far, but I'm sure he'll send them back and back and back again with more biased instructions each time. Can he overrule a hung jury?
For the sake of this country and all that our ancestors have worked so hard for, I hope you are incorrect.unfortunately, I think they will convict him and will be overthrown in appeals court a year later.

These are the jury instructions which are a result of both the Prosecution and the Defense submitting their own versions and then the judge arbitrating the final instruction. These will answer any and all questions for anyone who has yet come to a legal or factual conclusion. If one has already concluded either of those two questions, these instructions are immaterial.Since these are all charges “in the first degree” does that mean that the jury has to believe he willingly and knowingly committed a crime?

Does that document include the the version from the prosecution and the defense seperately before the judge decided what to take from each? These are the jury instructions which are a result of both the Prosecution and the Defense submitting their own versions and then the judge arbitrating the final instruction. Me too... Its freaking scary as hell...For the sake of this country and all that our ancestors have worked so hard for, I hope you are incorrect.
So you need one juror to just go not guilty on all of them.Judge Merchan delivered an BS instruction.
Copied from another article = Judge said that there is no need to agree on what occurred. Jurors can disagree on what the crime was among the three choices provided on each count.
Thus, if the jury is split 4-4-4, the judge he will still treat them as unanimous.
Each charge is separate and requires a separate conclusion. So you need one juror to just go not guilty on all of them.
Each charge is separate and requires a separate conclusion.
I should have added a third opinion. If Trump is found guilty of any of the charges I bet there will be major rioting and possibly bloodshed in the streets
I hope there won't be but I wouldn't be surprised if there isNo there won’t be..
It’s media spin to inflame the masses. So where does this 3 different versions of guilty come into play?
I suspect you are wrong. MAGA don't roll like ANTIFA. I suspect it could be more calculated and trigger escalation by the Biden Administration that would further escalate until we end up with a moral dilemma unlike many have ever been faced with. The Constitution is our compass.I should have added a third opinion. If Trump is found guilty of any of the charges I bet there will be major rioting and possibly bloodshed in the streets

I posted the jury instructions for everyone to read themselves. They are simple for anyone to follow and come to their own conclusion.
Admittedly I skimmed for 10 mins but the directions seem straight forward. These are the jury instructions which are a result of both the Prosecution and the Defense submitting their own versions and then the judge arbitrating the final instruction. no and noDo you believe this trial has been conducted fairly and honestly?
Better yet do you believe any of this should have been tried to begin with?
So you found a copy of the jury instruction, but yet the jury themselves cannot get a copy of them.... 55 pages. It’s media spin to inflame the masses.

I guess this where I’m confusedSo you found a copy of the jury instruction, but yet the jury themselves cannot get a copy of them.... 55 pages.
Lol I was hoping we could just keep it civil and on the trial.Wait just a dadgum minute ! is this a policitcal thread
What time does the civil war start?
If history provides any guidance it will occur when a state tries to secede from the union. Anything else would likely be considered domestic terrorism. What time does the civil war start?

If he was guilty of election interference then so is everyone tied up in hiding and/or lying about the crackhead’s laptop. That list is LONGGGGRegardless of your opinion of the Trump, does anyone here think he committed a crime worthy of prosecuting?
noRegardless of your opinion of the Trump, does anyone here think he committed a crime worthy of prosecuting?
I think he’s spent the majority of his professional life in the deep grey area. Do I think he knowingly breaks laws? NoRegardless of your opinion of the Trump, does anyone here think he committed a crime worthy of prosecuting?
I believe every bomb maker eventually gets bitten by his own work.
