Looks like the jury is deliberating. I wonder how this is gonna go.

Lol this whole thing is so beyond clown world it's unbelievable. 🤣🤣🤣

Even if Cohen wasn't a complete caught red handed Larcenist, Liar, and Fraud. Let's just pretend he didn't lie, steal, and scam Trump and others by his own admission

How you can be charged for a "crime" that your attorney commits has such far reaching implications it should scare the shit out of anyone. The entire reason we hire counsel is because the law is too complex for us to navigate on our own. We have no choice but to rely on counsel to navigate the law for the client. When the client can be held liable because the attorney is a criminal, the entire system is in collapse.

Clown Show.

Since these are all charges “in the first degree” does that mean that the jury has to believe he willingly and knowingly committed a crime?

Vs. 2nd and 3rd degree being charges for crimes committed, but not necessarily knowingly or willfully?

Edit

Also the jury has to agree unanimously on each count correct?

NO, with this corrupt judge all the normal laws are out the window. I can't begin to tell you the contortions this biased judge has done. Even CNN is critical of this show trial.

Can he overrule a hung jury?

These are the jury instructions which are a result of both the Prosecution and the Defense submitting their own versions and then the judge arbitrating the final instruction. These will answer any and all questions for anyone who has yet come to a legal or factual conclusion. If one has already concluded either of those two questions, these instructions are immaterial.

Does that document include the the version from the prosecution and the defense seperately before the judge decided what to take from each?

For the sake of this country and all that our ancestors have worked so hard for, I hope you are incorrect.
Me too... Its freaking scary as hell...

I just don't see any other way for the Dems to win... They won 3 1/2 yrs ago with Joe hiding out and they know that cant work the 2nd time. So this is their next play and honestly its working. So mindboggling what this judge has allowed in his court that wasn't even relevant in the case. But yet the jury still heard it, and once you do, that sticks with you even when you are told to forget the testimony later.... The jury has been poisoned and mix that with some confusing jury instructions it's a recipe for disaster consequences

Judge Merchan delivered an BS instruction.
Copied from another article = Judge said that there is no need to agree on what occurred. Jurors can disagree on what the crime was among the three choices provided on each count.

Thus, if the jury is split 4-4-4, the judge he will still treat them as unanimous.

So you need one juror to just go not guilty on all of them.

"This Is Insanity": Judge In Trump Case Issues Unbelievable Jury Instructions

teaser image
Judge Merchan just told jurors that they DO NOT have to unanimously agree on what crime Trump is guilty of...

WED MAY 29, AT 8:55 AM

Update (1345ET): Legal minds are beside themselves at how the judge in the Trump 'hush money' case has instructed jurors to rule - first in what constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley called "the coup de grace instruction," Judge Juan Merchan said that there is no need to agree on what occurred - and can disagree on what the crime was among the charges.

And they called us the Facists?!!!!! 🤣

How you don't vote for this man is beyond me. If you don't, you clearly are a crook or an imbecile for not seeing what is occurring in this nation.

I should have added a third opinion. If Trump is found guilty of any of the charges I bet there will be major rioting and possibly bloodshed in the streets

So where does this 3 different versions of guilty come into play?
It’s media spin to inflame the masses.

I posted the jury instructions for everyone to read themselves. They are simple for anyone to follow and come to their own conclusion.

I suspect you are wrong. MAGA don't roll like ANTIFA. I suspect it could be more calculated and trigger escalation by the Biden Administration that would further escalate until we end up with a moral dilemma unlike many have ever been faced with. The Constitution is our compass.

Do you believe this trial has been conducted fairly and honestly?

Better yet do you believe any of this should have been tried to begin with?

Admittedly I skimmed for 10 mins but the directions seem straight forward.

Regardless of your opinion of the Trump, does anyone here think he committed a crime worthy of prosecuting?
I think he’s spent the majority of his professional life in the deep grey area. Do I think he knowingly breaks laws? No

Does he play the game and push it to the limit? Absolutely.

I think a reasonable person (someone who can remove themselves from political allegiances) would call this a witch hunt. These crimes could have been pursued for a long time and it’s clear they are only being pursued to sway an election.

Jury sent home for the day.
I wonder if a juror will be replaced when they resume?

A majority of the jury will not want this to drag into next week.
