I heard the boat that was promised to the Lawyer was from a person by the screen name "Later"

As it was told to me a few weeks ago it’s pretty rare for a court to make a lawyer represent a client for free..

They were under the impression the trial would be postponed again while he received new council.

I know the prosecutor made everyone that was comjng for testimony cancel their travel plans because of this.

I am starting to wonder if this guy was some sort of legal genius to be able to pull this off and get yet another lengthy extension.

You really don't need to be a legal genius, just have to know how to read and apply that knowledge.

Everyone that filed a police report should hear from the court about your loss before sentencing.
We did for something similar.
A superior court judge told me even if your insurance co covered your loss fill out the form honestly and send it in anyway.
